I’ve been baking for most of my life but it started being serious when my kids were born. I started making their birthday cakes because I wanted them to have something special. Preparing food for someone is a simple act of showing love and kindness. So this work is an act of service to others.

Alexa was in Culinary Arts for 4 years and won a few competitions from the National Prostart Invitational program. She is both ServSafe and Food Handler Certified.
