Sweet By Design is a wedding bakery operating by appointment only in Melissa and serving the entire Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex. I started taking cake decorating classes over a decade ago because I'm that type-A kind of gal who just HAD to make her daughter's first birthday cake. I jokingly blame Sweet By Design on her because I found my passion in making that first "real" cake. I gained a small clientele and decided to continue my education in the culinary world by enrolling in the Pastry Arts program at Collin College. That was 15 years ago, and the mixer has been running ever since! Let's take your vision and make it a little sweeter!
