Born in 1967, and raised on Long Island, Dave got into Rock music very young, and went on to play in bands all through high school and college. While attending American University Dave was deeply inspired by a jazz history class taught by the great Jazz Historian Rusty Hassan, and was bitten by the “ Jazz Bug “. Eventually he settled into the Washington D.C. jazz scene where he studied with guitarists Paul Bollenback and Paul Wingo. He also studied ear training with Asher Zlotnik.

Denver has performed in many capacities and venues such as the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, VCU, Shenandoah Conservatory, Randolph Macon College, and Maymont Park.Denver is an experienced teacher and has been teaching for over 7 years. She is the resident guitar teacher for the Music Therapy Department at Shenandoah Conservatory. Denver is currently offering Skype lessons and private lessons in the Winchester area.

Keynote is a professionally managed and produced music group that features high-energy performers playing the most popular and new pop music favorites. Keynote also has its own professional sound engineer who accompanies the band and mixes each performance.
