Deerfield Estates is a premiere wedding and special events venue in Waco, Texas. Originally an 1840's timber frame barn from Newton, Pennsylvania, this antique legacy has been restored into a beautiful, unique special event space, surrounded by a a ceremony rose garden and situated in a park-like setting of native Texas trees.

Winding Brooks is a labor of love designed and built by Ed. His love of plants, flowers, the land and nature have inspired him to create these beautiful gardens. The park-like setting includes water features with winding streams that gently cascade to a large water pond. An abundance of natural rock and boulders, water plants, numerous varieties of plants and flowers, two pergola areas for outdoor ceremonies, and unusually shaped trees line the gardens for everyone to enjoy.

Our one of a kind venue is located on an equestrian horse farm. This unique piece of land has been in the Manning family for over seventy years and is full of history, love, and tradition. We also have additional seating areas under the Covered Pavilion behind the Event Barn, as well as throughout the entire property. We have the only AUTHENTIC WESTERN TOWN with a Saloon, a Jail, a Chow Line, a Cowboy Hotel, a rustic Event Barn and a beautiful Outdoor Ceremony Area. We also offer Overnight Accommodations for up to 10 people!
