Thank you Allison (sales/catering director), Jordanna (sales/catering coordinator), Nemo the maitre d, Andrew the front desk at the hotel, and Stephanie of the banquet staff. This wedding was a team effort! I want to thank all of these people for working so hard to make our dream wedding become a reality. Allison was amazing, she responded to all of our emails, our millions of questions, even sometimes in the middle of the night. She even informed us of a promotion to help us save and obtain a complimentary Sundae Scoop station. The food @ Sterling Ballroom was fantastic. We had an elaborate cocktail hour which our guests are still talking about. One of our guests said she “ate her weight” in spanakopita, and multiple guests were commented on both the quantity and quality of the food. Our entrees were delicious(NY strip steak and ginger Salmon), and our guests seemed to enjoy their entrees (above options plus boursin cheese roasted chicken breast). The Sundae Scoop featured an ice cream bar complete with all the sundae toppings and Belgian waffles!! The cake provided through the venue from Chocolate Carousel, was moist and delicious in addition to being stunningly beautiful. We also chose to splurge on the perk-up station which came with coffee, espresso, fun dipping options, and featured a variety of liquors to pair! We only considered venues attached to a hotel. Sterling Ballroom is located at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tinton Falls/Eatontown, NJ. We wanted to make sure that our guests had an option to book at the venue so that they could retire to their room whenever they felt the need. In our immediate party we utilized standard rooms, junior suites, the bridal suite (only during day time of the wedding day) and the presidential suite. All of the rooms were newly renovated and attractive. Not only did they look good, but the rooms were well adorned with ample power supplies including usb charging ports. The Presidential suite was a huge selling point. This was an elaborate suite and could sleep up to 6 guests in the room and even had a fireplace! The night before the wedding, my bride-tribe had a sleepover in this suite to make sure we were ready bright and early for our early morning makeovers! At 6:30am, the bridal suite/lounge was ready for us to do our hair and make-up and looked absolutely spectacular. I am a major fan of elaborate chandeliers and the bridal lounge had one! The bridal lounge had 4 salon chairs, several refrigerators for storing food, and also a wine refrigerator. The venue even provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne! One of our girls organized a brunch in the suite, catered by Joe’s Bagels, and there was plenty of space for the whole spread in addition to all of our gear getting ready for the big day! While my ladies were getting ready in the bridal lounge, the groom's squad were getting ready in the Presidential Suite! This was huge because I wanted to make sure that the men had a place to get ready and take good pictures lol! I am a sucker for pretty chandeliers and the Sterling Ballroom had gorgeous chandeliers not only in the main ballroom, but also the event foyer and the cocktail space! The entire team did a wonderful job decorating the entrance area and ballroom. I would recommend this place not just for the beautiful esthetics, but also for the fantastic team that was an honor to work with on our special day!

We had both our ceremony and reception at the Sheraton Eatontown and our whole entire day was nothing but exceptional. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with. All staff go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met, without fuss. SMCC was the perfect venue for our wedding, suitable to comfortably accommodate our large families, yet provide an intimate feel, complemented by the classic early 1900s architecture of the venue. The cocktail and bar area, spaced perfectly from the main hall and dancing area made for a great layout. We were even provided a bridal suite and were able to take advantage of the beautiful summer night and enjoy the lawn for cocktail hour and afterparty with fire pits and a food truck provided by the venue! John and his team at SMCC made our dreams come true, down to every detail, going above and beyond. Everything was personalized to our preferences from the food and drinks, to the layout of the event. James even sewed my father-in-law's pants when they ripped during the reception!!! A true Jack of all trades, and right hand man to have with you on your big day. He always made sure I was taken care of and comfortable, checking in frequently throughout the night to ensure we were satisfied with the service. We had our wedding at Hotel Du Village in October of 2024 and stayed two nights at the on-site hotel. I cannot begin to explain how incredibly run this entire venue is. From the moment we arrived, every staff member went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our wedding day. Heather initially gave us the tour of the venue in Feb 2022 and was assigned as our coordinator, and I will always be so grateful for my time planning with her. From the moment we booked, she always answered any email in a timely manner, no matter how many questions were asked :). Heather and her assistant were extremely helpful during the day of our wedding as well. Agnes, our bridal attendant was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond and is always thinking 2 steps ahead of you to ensure the wedding day continues to go smoothly. Above all, all of our guests RAVED about the cocktail hour and entree food. The flow of the Chateau style wedding was absolutely incredible. I will always be so grateful that we chose HDV as our wedding venue!

You read many times that the SCM staff is absolutely incredible, and there is nothing more true! Ian is one of the kindest, caring, most thoughtful and passionate individuals I’ve ever met. From our finals meeting, we clicked and he has done absolutely anything he can to be sure we would have a special day. From setting up decor, to the ceremony running exactly on time, to encouraging guests to play our games and sign our guest book…. he does it all. Let me tell you from someone who was constantly on the fence about getting a DOC - you won’t need one with Ian. At least from the second you arrive at Sea Cliff. He wants to work with you to be sure it is a special day for you!! Camille was fabulous, bustling me all night, keeping us fed, reminding us to “mangia” Every server and bartender we came across was super personable and friendly. It was truly the happiest day of our lives!! They are the whole package. Responsive, caring and the kindest most genuine people and is so refreshing after touring so many other LI Venues that do not show the same level of care. You will not regret booking with Sea Cliff!!

You wouldn’t know one of the most beautiful venue and chapel is hiding on Manhattanville College campus but wow does Reid Castle deliver. Every room is more beautiful than the next and the west wing where our reception was held is jaw dropping. If you love a vintage, dark wood and classic vibe- this is the venue for you. Shaun, who runs the show and executes perfection, is the BEST. From the first tour of the venue to the day of she made sure my vision came to life and I cannot thank her and her staff enough.

My wedding party ran late with getting ready which delayed so many things, but the Maître d’, Phil, made sure everything ran smoothly once we got to Westbury. He offered solutions for the timing of each portion of the reception and what I expected to be a stressful day ended up being the best day ever. And our bridal attendant, Dilcia, was so nice! She made sure I was fed and hydrated, that I changed my dress, and just her presence was enough to keep me calm. I cannot thank them enough for making this day one of the best of my life so far. They were a blessing to have.

We started the wedding planning process by starting to look at venues. Falkirk was the first venue we had toured and immediately fell in love with it. From seeing the golf course, the waterfall, the gazebo, and incredible views, it was breathtaking and we imagined ourselves getting married there immediately. We met with Andrea during our tour, and had the pleasure of getting to work with her throughout our planning process, and was absolutely incredible on the day of our wedding! She made herself available to answer our (many) questions, going over timelines, and ensuring that our vision and dreams for the day came true. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the entire wedding weekend. Andrea was an absolute gem to work with, and made sure everything we dreamed of came true. And when we got the opportunity to have fireworks during our reception?! To this day, we have friends and family still talking about the firework show. Andrea worked seamlessly with other vendors and the firework staff to make sure it was a surprise show that no one would forget. Our wedding day was a dream, and we are so glad we had it at the Falkirk Estate and Country Club. We are so incredibly happy we got the pleasure to work with them, and would recommend any couples that are starting the wedding planning process, to reach out to them.

We fell in love with this venue the moment we drove up the road. My husband and I grew up in NJ, live in Brooklyn, and were looking for a venue that felt like a nature retreat while still being accessible for our friends and family. Milford is a great town just down the road and the hotels are so close too. Linnea and Alec were so communicative and helpful with the endless lists of questions we sent them. We cannot thank them enough for setting the stage for the weekend - and I'm just so impressed with how seamless and easy it felt to use their venue. We were struck just by the beauty of the whole property. It's absolutely marvelous! We were surrounded by charming little bunnies and butterflies the whole weekend. We took advantage of the place for the whole weekend - a Friday night pizza truck party, multiple pool and hot tub hangouts, and a Sunday bagel brunch in the barn. Everybody was raving about the barn, farmhouse, and cottage. The sunset during the reception created a great atmosphere for our guests to congregate and enjoy the lawn. We felt right at home and it made our wedding so incredibly special.

As we drove up to the gated 1920’s estate overlooking the lake and manicured landscape budded with mature trees surrounding the landmark Spanish colonial which beckoned us in, Rushmore “had us at hello.” This home spoke to us. Beyond the craftsmanship and its meandering outdoor spaces, we felt drawn to this majestic property. “I was within and without” is how I would describe it ― F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby.. Blending into to the historical landscape, our wedding theme was simply Gatsby. "Can't repeat the past? Why of course you can!". This magical place transported us and our guests back to the lavish roaring period of a happy by gone era. How appropriate a medicine for today when we all seek an opportunity to unite in a safe social gathering. What better way to splendor the outdoors over many acres of pure solitude for you and your special guests alone to explore. Seeing everyone enjoying themselves was gratifying. All our guests told me how much fun they had. Thanks to Russell, Karen and Beth for making our event all the more magical and flawless. They didn’t miss a beat. The outdoor after party by the lake Russell set for us and some of our guests with a bon fire was the topper of the evening. It was lovely strolling around the lake after dinner. Russell and team equipped us with a customized service and were gracious with accommodating our special needs. One of which was by default an unforgettable personal experience beyond our dreams - a portal to a happier time. Beth was a super wedding planner and Karen helped with setting the stage for my Gatsby old Hollywood décor in the reception. Another topper to this event was the most decadent catering of Pamela’s Traveling Feast. She prepared the perfect menu and with varying serving stations to satisfy every palette. The wedding cake was incredible, nothing of this world. I cannot describe how amazing the wedding cake was, but I’ve never tasted anything like it. Paired with the homemade pies were simply to die for. All the food she prepared was of the same caliber, simply divine. Russell recommended Pamela who is top on their list of caterers no doubt. We were fortunate to have Pamela and I can’t tell you how many compliments I received from our guests on her culinary talents! She is a must have! No one else can possibly compare! Reverend Jim Rooney also recommended by Rushmore was truly amazing and personable who made us feel extra special. When we were saying our vows as Christian looked at me, “it was like all women want to be looked at by a man.” Then he kissed me “and the incarnation was complete.” ― F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby. All these elements collided like the stars and together created an unforgettable moment in time that is now bound to this magical place. I will never forget our experience at Rushmore. If you are looking for the most incredible experience for your wedding, its Rushmore. Still riding the high from our wedding weekend! We were absolutely floored by all the work Jen and Ally and the whole Stagecoach team did to make our wedding weekend spectacular! They have several different packages that you can choose from which allowed us to find something that truly worked for us. We ended up having around 115 guests for the wedding and the space was just perfect! We had been to the Inn for dinner before and we knew we wanted to make food a priority. Chef Jerrel hit it out of the park for the rehearsal dinner, the cocktail hour/reception, and the brunch the next morning! Also because they have rooms upstairs, we were able to have our closest family stay and not have to worry about any travel! We couldn't recommend them enough!

I was one of few original wedding photographers to capture Abbey Inn's grand opening commercial photo shoot. I was extremely impressed by not only the polite construction and staff at the facility, but also how they had EVERYTHING figured out for large scale weddings and events to take place at their location. They have stunning-luxury hotel rooms & suites, a restaurant, bar and lounge space, gorgeous views of the Hudson valley, a cathedral -aesthetic ceremony and reception hall, lush gardens and lawns, plenty of parking, JUST A PERFECT SPOT for weddings and events so travel isn't an issue. We had our full wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, afterparty) all at the mansion and the day was flawless and our guests can't say enough about how amazing everything was! The food, drinks and atmosphere were all amazing and the staff was so kind, attentive and warm, not only to just us as the couple, but to all of our guests. The team at the mansion was very communicative throughout the entire wedding planning process, and on the day of they knew exactly how we wanted the day to run and they pulled it off without any hiccups or problems! Our wedding was outside and it was a gorgeous day, but I also would have been happy if we needed to do the ceremony inside because the decor is so stunning.
