“Where do I even begin…Flag Hill is the absolute perfect wedding venue! From the beautiful vineyard, the delicious food, great bar service and the absolute best wedding coordinator Christa! Andrew and I looked a few different venues and ultimately couldn’t get past all of the above but Christa is really the big reason we went with Flag Hill. She is just so personable, charismatic and welcoming every step of the way. Christa was always there when we needed her, set up meetings and kept us updated every step of the way. As a wedding coordinator myself it was important to find someone I trusted and I found so much more. Our wedding was absolutely perfect because of her. Our day of couldn’t have been any better. Our decorations were put out exactly as we imagined and everything was handled so well. Our timeline was followed to a T. At one point during pictures Christa was even following me with my drink to make sure I had something and always checking to make sure we ate. Just so caring! The food was by far superior to any place I had ever been. Hands down the best steak I have ever had in my life. Our guests are still talking about the food to this day! Maddie, thank you so much for all of your help day of as well. You were great to work with from making sure we ate dinner to packing all of our decorations up and getting our sparkler send off together! You and Brian have the most beautiful wedding venue and we will forever be grateful to you all! We highly recommended you all to any couple getting married! The quaint backdrop of historic South Berwick, Maine provides the perfect setting for today’s couples looking to escape into the heart of Vacationland. The Red Barn is the newest and most exciting addition to Outlook Farm. This beautiful addition allows us to offer an event location for all seasons. The reconstruction of the Red Barn is the first project in a phased approach to restore and renovate the Outlook Farm property to its original grandeur of 100 years ago. The new building maintains the look and feel of the historic Maine barn it has always been while featuring all of the amenities available in the most modern of banquet facilities.

“We had our wedding at The Red Barn this past May and everything was beyond perfect! Our wedding coordinator, Alex was so on top of everything during the planning stages and throughout the wedding itself. She is so incredible and we feel so lucky to have worked with her! The entire staff at The Red Barn was so amazing as well. The space is stunning and the food and drinks were incredible. We truly cannot say enough good things about The Red Barn! We had our reception and ceremony indoors and the fireplace backdrop was absolutely perfect. The space itself is beautiful and we really didn’t feel that we needed to do a ton of decorating which lessened stress and saved us on decor costs. However, all we really had to do was drop off what decorations we did have and Alex and her team took care of set up and breakdown with our vendors. We really didn’t have a single worry the weekend of the wedding. The amazing staff at The Red Barn took care of it all. We also stayed at Stage House Inn the weekend of the wedding and got ready there. Darien was a pleasure to work with and made coordinating room blocks so easy! The bridal suite comfortably fit all the girls getting ready (12 total people) plus 4 hair and makeup girls. It was also the perfect room for getting ready photos! We held our rehearsal lunch at The Links restaurant and the staff was so accommodating! We had a last minute reservation for around 25 and they took us no problem. Excellent and affordable food and drinks! Overall we had a perfect experience with every aspect of The Red Barn. We absolutely would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect spot for their wedding!”
