Welcome to Toledo's most unique venues for your special event. We offer two different vessels to accommodate your style and number of guest. The Glass City Pearl is the larger of our two vessels. Welcome your guests aboard our passenger vessel with a "yacht" feel. Guest are always in awe of its elegance and beauty. Travel back in time on The Sandpiper. The Sandpiper was designed to resemble an Erie Canal Boat. The Sandpiper is the most budget friendly of our two vessels. Guests love utilizing this vessel to be on one level with their friends and family.

The Freighthouse, next to Frog Island Park on the north side of Depot Town, has been used as a community center, hosting the Depot Town Farmers Market, a café, and various community meetings and events. The Freighthouse is part of the Ypsilanti Historic District, and is listed in the National Register of Historic Sites.

Concourse Hall offers a spacious 3575 square foot floor suitable for dancing and receptions. The maple floor with sprung construction and finish is ideal for dancing. The warming kitchen is perfect for catered meals and the high ceilings and numerous windows create a light and airy venue for any event.

As a Downtown Detroit Landmark, the Guardian offers premier event space to host a variety of gatherings. This unique venue provides a beautiful backdrop to any event. It is guaranteed to exceed your expectations and impress your guests. The Guardian Building opened in 1929 as the Union Trust Building. This 486 feet, 40-floor building is made of almost 2 million custom “Guardian Bricks” and is sure to leave a lasting impression on everyone that attends your event. The amazing five-story Michigan Mural was created by Ezra Winter, and the Tiffany Clock provides a great background for photo opportunities on the Promenade.

From weddings, birthdays, or Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, to workshops, conferences, or corporate events, The Eastern offers patrons an industrial, flexible, accessible and memorable private event venue situated conveniently at the northern gateway to Detroit’s Historic Eastern Market.

Plan your wedding on the charming grounds or in the historic 1845 New School church. With exclusive use of Mill Race Village, your wedding can be held any time of the year. In the Church or outside in the gazebo, weather permitting, your ceremony will be a memorable event in this picturesque Victorian setting. A Village Representative will be with you during your event to open and close the church and to keep the public off the grounds of the Village while your wedding is in progress, ensuring your privacy. Couples must provide their own clergy or officiant to perform their ceremony. Decorating the wedding site and clean up of the site is the responsibility of the couple. If you're planning an outdoor event for your wedding the Church is available for use in case of inclement weather.

The Ford Piquette Avenue Plant Museum is an ideal location for weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, or any occasion that can be made even more special by hosting it in a U.S. National Historic Landmark. Docents are available to help your guests experience the rich history of the birthplace of the Model T, the car that put the world on wheels. We work with preferred vendors for catering to make your event exceptional.

The Barn at Honey Blossom Orchard is over 100 years old and is comprised of hand hewn beams throughout. It is very rustic but has many modern conveniences. It is the perfect backdrop for your perfect day and we are excited to share it with you and your loved ones.

Detroit Sails offers a relaxing and fun experience on the Detroit River and Lake St. Clair. We provide private two hour sailing tours, engagement photo sessions, and other customized tours on the water. Cadieux Stage is a stunning, Art Deco wedding venue in Detroit, Michigan, near Grosse Pointe. A successful production studio, it offers a unique and truly historic setting for couples. Since 1937, many household names have stood its stages. Cadieux Stage offers over 7,000 square feet of main stage event space, accommodating more than 300 guests. The stage has white-washed infinity walls, controllable LEDs, and overhead cyc lights to make your celebration feel just like a movie. This space can be used for ceremonies, cocktail events and receptions with its open floor plan. Overlooking the sound stage is the Green Room, a retro lounge with a pool table, darts, a dressing room and a shower-great for getting ready or unwinding between the festivities. The commercial kitchen allows for seamless catering. Hosting your wedding at Cadieux Stage gives you full use of its venues and meeting spaces. Lights, backdrops, and other studio features can be rented as décor for your special day.

Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season.
