“From the moment I reached out to Chris, with Serious Soundz DJ service, just for a quote it was obvious that he was a professional who had experience in the wedding industry. I had already had issues with wedding vendors being slow to respond but Chris got back to me immediately, scheduled a time to talk, answered any questions I had and offered information that I didn’t know to ask. His pricing is very fair, and I did compare to some other DJs before selecting him. Chris offered to connect us with other experienced wedding vendors and provided input throughout the process based on his years of experience but was willing to adjust and work with whatever ideas we had. On the day of my daughter’s wedding, he arrived a little early, got set up and did everything to reassure us that it would all be handled. He fielded some guest concerns and came to us with solutions if there were minor glitches (none were even related to DJ services). “Our Dj, Terrell, did a FANTASTIC job at our wedding. He announced everything well, communicated with our wedding coordinator and the other vendors, played our requested song list, and consistently checked in on my (new!) husband and I throughout the evening to see if there was anything that he could help us with. On our song list, we noted that we didn't want any country music played (unless it was a specifically requested song), and when one of our guests asked him to play 'Cotton Eye Joe', Terrell even came up to me and asked me if it was okay because he wasn't sure if I considered that country music! Overall, we are VERY happy with terrell! My husband and I would definitely recommend to other couples who are planning a wedding!”
