We booked Erin and her team with the Just the Deets package. This is her "lowest" level of service despite the thorough and consistent support she provided throughout the entire planning process. Erin is organized, readily available, and is a constant bright spot in wedding planning! She was a fantastic resource to bounce ideas off, ask questions, and make sure we were on track throughout our planning. She is a wealth of knowledge- especially if you are getting married at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion, a venue she is at frequently and knows like the back of her hand! Erin will tell you her opinion when asked, but is always ready to jump in 110% no matter what you choose and make it happen (Sorry for making you nervous when we gave our crazy pup our actual rings!!!). She is ready to play the "bad guy" when you need a small army, and can fluently switch to whatever language groomsmen speak to wrangle them quickly for rehearsal. Knowing Erin and her team had the day HANDLED, I walked into my wedding day stress-free knowing that there was nothing I needed to do or worry about. I never would have guessed that I would have described myself as a calm bride the day of my wedding, but Erin made it easy. I was able to truly enjoy the day because of Erin, and I wouldn't trade that confidence or peace of mind for anything! If you're still looking around or debating whether or not to book with Ryan Planning Plus, do future you a favor and just book with them now! Unless you don't like feeling like a VIP client, would prefer to worry on your wedding day, or simply like to make bad choices... then sure, book elsewhere ;) Otherwise, if you want to have the smoothest wedding experience possible, book with Erin!!!

She got things done quickly, she was honest, organized, knowledgeable, detail oriented and most importantly, she was trustworthy. She’s one of the rare designers who can balance creativity with realism while delivering flawless execution. For this wedding, we had to transform an inspiration photo into a glam-style red wedding design, and Ashanti absolutely delivered. The bride wanted florals showcased inside acrylic tiers for the cake—a unique and challenging concept. These acrylic tiers had to be sourced from London, measured precisely, customized with Ashanti’s florals, and transported from Virginia to Florida and survive 3-4 days. Not only did the floral design make the journey, but it also held up beautifully throughout the wedding. The result? Stunning florals that tied the cake seamlessly into the overall wedding design. The bride was overjoyed, the guests were amazed, and I was blown away. Together, we created a once-in-a-lifetime piece for a deserving couple and seeing the bride’s ecstatic reaction made all the effort worth it. Ashanti’s talent speaks for itself, but what truly sets her apart is her professionalism. She’s communicative, detail-oriented, and incredibly down-to-earth. She knew exactly how to bring the vision to life and worked closely with me to ensure every detail was perfect. Honestly, I couldn’t have pulled this off without her expertise. Good on J.J. Ash for requesting reviews from vendors and guests—it’s a smart move that highlights the joy they create for couples. I’ve seen Ashanti and her team work tirelessly through weddings, sometimes staying until the very end (I’m usually there past the cake cutting, haha!). By the time the dust settles, the couple is married, their photos are stunning, and their videos capture every magical moment. Reflecting on those moments reminds me how much of a privilege it is to be part of such special events. As a vendor, I appreciated how communicative and organized Ashanti was throughout the process. She asked all the right questions, provided clear instructions, and made herself available if I needed clarification. Unfortunately, not everyone in this industry is that dependable. Having Macy as the day of coordinator for our wedding was the best decision we made - our wedding day was 100% stress free! We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. Macy is so kind, thoughtful, organized, communicative, and took away all of our stress leading up to the wedding day by being so organized and prepared! She coordinated with the different vendors to ensure a timeline was created and distributed for when each would arrive. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except for confirming details for her. She made sure the wedding party and our parents were at the right spots at the right time throughout the evening and helped keep guests contained during cocktail hour so we could step away with the photographer for photos. She even assisted with clean up and helped pack dessert for us to take and enjoy later! Macy is by far irreplaceable in our eyes, we cannot recommend her enough! She was helpful in making suggestions, decisions and changes and coordinating with various vendors when confusion came up. It was a huge relief to know that she would be the one to expertly handle those last minute issues, and she was able to solve several of those issues (unsurprisingly, I made a few mistakes). Our wedding was small and casual, and despite her usual role running highly produced weddings, she was supportive, encouraging, and flexible to roll with our vision. A week before when a couple of unexpected issues came up, Alexis met with me at the venue over a drink to talk things through again and provided authentic support that turned around my whole energy about it all. Her team member Nicole was our onsite coordinator and she took my materials and impeccably delivered on the look and setup at the venue. It was a huge value to have someone prepared to listen to what our vision was and then make some of the last decisions and judgment calls to get it there -- because my husband and I are decidedly NOT event professionals. Thanks Alexis and Nicole for making sure we didn't have to manage details on the day of the wedding and for your support in the weeks ahead of it!!!

My husband and I can’t thank Dora enough for making all of our dreams come true. She definitely exceeded our expectations. Having an amazing wedding coordinator is a MUST. Dora was knowledgeable and very personable. She was always available, responded to calls/emails immediately, and gave great advice. She even referred us to a DJ, photographer, and an officiant. They were a great fit for us and made our wedding a huge success. Dora was exceptional, especially the day of the wedding. The ceremony and reception decor was breathtaking.
