The Ruby Cora is not a Barn, she is a newly designed, clean lined, industrial, studio space, flooded in natural light. The Ruby Cora sits in the midst of a manicured Century Farm of approximately 140 acres, located 40 minutes from Nashville, 5 minutes from Clarksville. Our guests tell us that a feeling of total tranquility occurs when the pull into our property. We are kindly referred to as 'A Modern Space in a Quiet Place'. The elevation of our property gives wedding couples the most stunning sunsets. The Ruby Cora provides gorgeous views and simple elegance. Your wedding day will be full of treasured moments.

The Emerald Union is a wedding venue located in Gallatin, Tennessee. Nestled in the heart of historic downtown, this event venue blends romantic glamour with historical architecture. Here, you can celebrate your love in an intimate, exclusive setting. Characterized by its distressed brick and exposed beam ceilings, The Emerald Union presents a beautiful blank canvas upon which to paint your dream wedding. You can host both your ceremony and reception here. The versatile spaces can be transformed into your private chapel one moment and a beautiful soirée the next. A custom altar can be created on the stage located in this space, allowing you to exchange your vows against a backdrop of flowers, lights, or whatever decor you choose. You can enjoy a cocktail reception at the full-service bar, constructed with beautiful warm wood on both floors. Your wedding portraits will also flourish in this atmosphere, with plenty of photo-ready backdrops to be found around the building.

Burdoc Farms has been owned and operated by the Shepherd family since 1942. With over 650 acres of open fields there are 2 different venues on the property for weddings. In 2012, the Shepherds hosted a wedding on the family farm. All the guests talked about was how beautiful the farm was and how they should be doing weddings full time. The Shepherd family converted the tobacco-cattle barn into a reception barn with all the amenities; bathrooms, kitchen, and electricity. The Shepherd family painstakingly rehabbed and recycled all of the materials in both barns to enhance and preserve the authenticity of the buildings. After converting the Tobacco Barn, they booked 24 weddings and then the next year they booked 38 weddings. In 2016, they decided to expand the business and build a year-round building, Keith Glen, in another location of the farm. Burdoc Farms hosts 60 to 80 weddings a year with couples coming from all over the country and a few from overseas!

We are not another business, like a farm, a country club, or historic site that also does events occasionally. Special events ARE our business. After starting his own catering company, Chef Christopher immediately knew he wanted to own his own event venue. In 2011, EPIC Event Centre opened. Now it's all about every little detail! Chef Christopher's wife, Brenda, quickly fell in love with being an entrepreneur and become the CEO of the company. Two of their sons now work in the kitchen and one son is in sales and operations. Running a family business wasn't their original intention, it just happened naturally. But "the family" doesn't stop with just the Newtons. All our team members quickly become family! We tend to attract very passionate and detail oriented staff members whose #1 goal is to meet and exceed your expectations. We all love what we do and it shows.
