As a destination hot spot, we have built our event space to accommodate any celebration that comes our way. Unique, memorable, and emblematic of Portland, Maine’s popular craft beer scene, invite your loved ones to celebrate your special day at our brewery event space, the East Room. A 40x40 tented patio right outside the overhead doors of the space is available as an additional rental to increase seated and mingling capacity and allows for plenty of fresh air with a nice indoor-outdoor flow!

With its beautiful gardens and its proximity to the Pemaquid Lighthouse, The Bradley Inn is the perfect wedding venue. We work closely with wedding couples to create an experience they and their guests are likely not to forget, from elopements to small intimate parties to larger tented receptions on the lawn. Wedding guests can have fun during their stay playing lawn games, walking to the point and lighthouse, dining in our restaurant or just having a drink in the tavern, going to the nearby beach and viewing sunrise and sunsets all while remaining on the peninsula.

In 2007, Chestnut Street Church, already on the National Registry of Historic Places, was purchased and completely renovated, turning it into a locally loved and nationally acclaimed restaurant, Grace, in 2009. Grace operated as a full service restaurant and event space until 2019 when we again reimagined the beautiful structure to concentrate only on the event side of the business so we could make more room for beautiful weddings, exciting functions and our commitment to having space for our community efforts.

We can offer wedding coordination, custom lighting installs, cider cocktails, a rehearsal dinner space in our Treehouse Room, and more!
