There is nothing more romantic than a beautiful wedding in a countryside setting! Family-owned and operated, we have hosted weddings, receptions and other special events since 1995. Reservations include private use of all grounds and facilities - we only host one wedding at a time. Garden chairs, banquet tables, tablecloths in a variety of colors and choice of two centerpiece styles are included. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $3100 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $7900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.

We are a small to medium sized barn venue. The authentic circa 1950 cattle barn and reception pavilion have been renovated into a useable, rustic, yet charming facility for weddings, vow renewals, showers, retirement parties, anniversary parties, etc. We opened in 2017 and have received Cleveland County’s Best of the Best Wedding Venue Award from the Shelby Star each year since that time. We have three ceremony sites to choose from: inside the barn, on the front lawn of the barn (weather permitting), and on the lawn slightly south of the barn (weather permitting). We also have had ceremonies inside the reception pavilion. The panoramic view from the reception pavilion deck is a favorite spot for photos and gatherings. This area overlooks the firepit, as well as the highly photographed views of the gorgeous sunsets.

Uptown Indigo is a family owned and operated venue with two floors and a breathtaking rooftop terrace. The design is "chic industrial" with lots of artistic details. From the original tin ceilings to the handmade tiles, Uptown Indigo is a truly unique wedding venue. The venue can accommodate up to 220 seated guests, with the largest space being the 6,000 square foot Indigo Ballroom. This ballroom is characterized by its modern light fixtures combined with original historic elements. It is fully accessible with a vintage elevator and large, elegant bathrooms. ​The barn has been built from the ground up by Craig Carpenter, his brother Timmy Carpenter and other family and friends. Many of the trees use to build the barn were harvested from their property and were prepared at their saw mill on site. What began as a simple dream and a sketch on a piece of notebook paper, has now become a reality.
