I recently had my wedding at the Madison Hotel. I can say that my wedding was the wedding I always dreamed of. From beginning to end, the staff was very professional, especially my Maitre'd Joe Zimmerman and his assistant Jose. From the day of the rehearsal till the next day of the wedding they were fantastic. We held our rehearsal dinner at Rods and the food was phenomenal. The day of the wedding, the ceremony was held in the dreamy conservatory and the reception was in the grand ballroom. The transition went seamlessly. They worked very well with all my vendors, DJ, photographer, and string quartet. I had a decorator that they let her come in to stage early and when the conservatory and ballroom were available, they let her right in. They also provided us with a bridal suite for us the get ready in the day of. The whole staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was absolutely amazing at cocktail hour and the reception, we had no complaints! Two bars with top shelf liquor was available the whole night. At the end of the night we had a sparkler sendoff, the staff knew exactly what to do and it all worked out perfectly. We stood at the hotel both nights. The night of the rehearsal we had separate king size bedrooms and the wedding night they provide us with a complimentary honeymoon suite, which was amazing. I highly recommend the Madison Hotel.

I couldn't have asked for a better venue and management from Curry Estate. The sisters that own this venue truly made my husband and I feel like a part of their family. There was constant communication from booking to wedding day, with a year and a half in between. The grounds are beautiful and everyone at Curry Estate acted with intention to make our day the most amazing day that it was. We would recommend this venue to anyone a million times over. The planning, food, staff and day of coordination couldn't have been better. Still riding the high from our wedding weekend! We were absolutely floored by all the work Jen and Ally and the whole Stagecoach team did to make our wedding weekend spectacular! They have several different packages that you can choose from which allowed us to find something that truly worked for us. We ended up having around 115 guests for the wedding and the space was just perfect! We had been to the Inn for dinner before and we knew we wanted to make food a priority. Chef Jerrel hit it out of the park for the rehearsal dinner, the cocktail hour/reception, and the brunch the next morning! Also because they have rooms upstairs, we were able to have our closest family stay and not have to worry about any travel! We couldn't recommend them enough!

My husband and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude for the overall beauty and charm of Grand Cascades Lodge, which made our wedding day truly memorable. The stunning views, exquisite grounds, and the spacious Emerald ballroom were perfect for our celebration. Working with Jean and Sara was generally a positive experience, and their welcoming attitude during our visits meant a lot to us. However, I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the planning process. While our customization requests were accommodated, there were communication challenges, especially on the day of the wedding, with multiple points of contact. The food tasting experience was delightful, and we appreciate the effort in accommodating our preferences. Although some dishes at the cocktail hour were well-received, the braised beef dish didn't meet the standard set during the tasting. Unfortunately, there were a few issues during the weekend that impacted our experience: - The memory table candles were not lit until late in the reception, despite prior requests. - Our sweetheart table had a wrinkled tablecloth, affecting the overall presentation. - The florist's flowers for the cake were left with the kitchen staff, and despite assurances, they were not added as planned. - The shuttle service delay inconvenienced elderly guests who had to wait longer than expected. Additionally shuttle service that was promised during the after party did not work as agreed upon. While these points highlight areas for improvement, we want to emphasize our appreciation for the positive aspects of our celebration. We understand that events may encounter unforeseen challenges, and we believe that sharing our experience can contribute to enhancing future events at GCL. From the moment you step into the inn itself or its historic restaurant, "The Grain House", (recently voted one of the most romantic restaurants in NJ!), you feel the warmth and hospitality they're famous for! There are so many pretty photo backdrops in every season! Having a beautiful, dog-friendly hotel on site so the wedding parties and family can gather and celebrate together is another amazing bonus that helps the day run seamlessly! Their people are just phenomenal, from their planning staff to the day-of coordination. They go above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect, allowing couples to truly relax and enjoy their wedding celebration. Literally, nothing is left up to chance! For couples seeking a truly personalized ceremony and reception, I can't recommend the Olde Mill highly enough. Where do I even begin? We got married at the Grain House at the Olde Mill Inn on May 23, 2024, and it was nothing short of perfect. The entire wedding planning process was made easy thanks to everyone at the OldMill Inn and Grain House. They are very responsive, which is crucial when planning a wedding. My grandmother and grandfather had their wedding reception here back in 1957, so I knew I wanted to meet with them to discuss having my wedding there. It was the first and only venue we met with. After going on a tour and discussing the different packages with Lea, I was sold. They take care of your accommodations, catering, bar, cake, tables, chairs, etc. My wedding planning “to-do” list was cut in half! Everyone is so accommodating and they really work with you to make sure your day goes perfectly. So many guests told us how they never experienced wedding food to this level. Everything was DELICIOUS! Better yet, we actually got to eat as the bride and groom. The property itself is gorgeous. John was our Matre d’ and he was the best! He made sure we stayed on time, he ran food from the cocktail hour to me and my husband when we were taking photos, and he coordinated with our vendors so we didn’t have to worry. His efforts did not go unnoticed. Once again I had guests come up to me and tell me how amazing he is. I also had guests reach out after to tell me it was the best wedding they have ever been to. All of our vendors were fantastic but the Old Mill Inn and Grain House really did the bulk of the work to make it an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was wonderful to stay in, everything was so clean and the breakfast was delicious. I wouldn’t change a thing about my wedding day, everything was perfect and I really have the Old Mill Inn and the Grain House to thank for that. I would recommend the Old Mill Inn and the GrainHouse to anyone planning a wedding. It really is the ONLY choice in my opinion. You will not be disappointed.

We had both our ceremony and reception at the Sheraton Eatontown and our whole entire day was nothing but exceptional. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Corey was our maître d and was amazing the day of as well. I can't say enough about our experience at the Heritage for our November 2024 wedding. From start to finish, the staff was so attentive and helpful with everything. Danielle deserves her own special shout-out for being by my side all night. This venue has everything you need, so much space, and is beyond gorgeous for a rustic, New England vibe. Thank you Allison (sales/catering director), Jordanna (sales/catering coordinator), Nemo the maitre d, Andrew the front desk at the hotel, and Stephanie of the banquet staff. This wedding was a team effort! I want to thank all of these people for working so hard to make our dream wedding become a reality. Allison was amazing, she responded to all of our emails, our millions of questions, even sometimes in the middle of the night. She even informed us of a promotion to help us save and obtain a complimentary Sundae Scoop station. The food @ Sterling Ballroom was fantastic. We had an elaborate cocktail hour which our guests are still talking about. One of our guests said she “ate her weight” in spanakopita, and multiple guests were commented on both the quantity and quality of the food. Our entrees were delicious(NY strip steak and ginger Salmon), and our guests seemed to enjoy their entrees (above options plus boursin cheese roasted chicken breast). The Sundae Scoop featured an ice cream bar complete with all the sundae toppings and Belgian waffles!! The cake provided through the venue from Chocolate Carousel, was moist and delicious in addition to being stunningly beautiful. We also chose to splurge on the perk-up station which came with coffee, espresso, fun dipping options, and featured a variety of liquors to pair! We only considered venues attached to a hotel. Sterling Ballroom is located at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tinton Falls/Eatontown, NJ. We wanted to make sure that our guests had an option to book at the venue so that they could retire to their room whenever they felt the need. In our immediate party we utilized standard rooms, junior suites, the bridal suite (only during day time of the wedding day) and the presidential suite. All of the rooms were newly renovated and attractive. Not only did they look good, but the rooms were well adorned with ample power supplies including usb charging ports. The Presidential suite was a huge selling point. This was an elaborate suite and could sleep up to 6 guests in the room and even had a fireplace! The night before the wedding, my bride-tribe had a sleepover in this suite to make sure we were ready bright and early for our early morning makeovers! At 6:30am, the bridal suite/lounge was ready for us to do our hair and make-up and looked absolutely spectacular. I am a major fan of elaborate chandeliers and the bridal lounge had one! The bridal lounge had 4 salon chairs, several refrigerators for storing food, and also a wine refrigerator. The venue even provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne! One of our girls organized a brunch in the suite, catered by Joe’s Bagels, and there was plenty of space for the whole spread in addition to all of our gear getting ready for the big day! While my ladies were getting ready in the bridal lounge, the groom's squad were getting ready in the Presidential Suite! This was huge because I wanted to make sure that the men had a place to get ready and take good pictures lol! I am a sucker for pretty chandeliers and the Sterling Ballroom had gorgeous chandeliers not only in the main ballroom, but also the event foyer and the cocktail space! The entire team did a wonderful job decorating the entrance area and ballroom. I would recommend this place not just for the beautiful esthetics, but also for the fantastic team that was an honor to work with on our special day!
