A little about me… I started Hailley Howard Photography in 2011 and built it from the ground up. Using contacts I had in the fashion industry I grew my career one client and one gig at a time. The last few years have been filled with immense growth and many incredible opportunities. We are now a family-run business serving both the wedding, event and commercial photography industries. Pre-COVID I split my time between California and New York, with a lot of travel in between. With everything on standby, I am quietly working from home on the California Coast in Laguna Beach anticipating the adventures ahead. My vision as a photographer is to capture the world and the lives within giving voice to the unique tale we can all tell. Grateful is not a big enough world to encapsulate the positive feelings I have for my passion behind what I do and all the memories and moments it has afforded me.

I’m a husband to my high school sweetheart, I’m a dad to three gorgeous little girls, and I love my city of Costa Mesa, CA. Me in a nutshell...good coffee, bacon, and whiskey are my jam. A perfect day off consists of a mountain bike ride, some tacos, and swimming in our pool with my wife and daughters. I spent over 8 years in jobs that sucked the life out of me, but now I have one that breathes life back into me. During my time at school, Brooks Photography Institute, I studied multiple types of photography: fashion, commercial, food, nature, architecture, and portraiture. I have traveled to many countries, worked with celebrities and have been there to capture priceless moments for hundreds of people and their families. Hailing from New Orleans, LA, and now based out of South Orange County, CA, I fell in love with photography long ago. I officially launched my wedding & elopement photography business in 2021. My parents don’t have professional photos of their wedding. It’s ironic being that I photograph weddings for a living. Long story short, my Grandfather hired a distant cousin as their wedding photographer, his customer service was beyond subpar and pricing was vague. He eventually went out of business and apparently took the photos down with him. It’s a sad story but it is something that fuels my mission as a wedding photographer. To give my clients a memorable experience from the first Zoom meeting to the delivery of their gallery and beyond.
