The Publishing House B&B is an urban loft in the heart of Chicago’s hottest neighborhood, the West Loop. The former Free Methodist Publishing House was built in 1909 and has been reimagined in 2017. The Publishing House is available for bookings for wedding group accommodation and weekends can be reserved up to two years in advance. The house accommodates up to 24 guests in 11 rooms and provides exclusive use of the property and our staff for personalized service and fully customized breakfast options.

For more than a century, the Community House Garden has been host to some of the most beautiful events and weddings on the North Shore. Nestled within the grounds of the Community House, the Historic Gardens provide a timeless setting for a magical wedding ceremony or an enchanting alfresco dinner. The Garden Courtyard is framed with architectural brick columns and surrounded by a Tudor style barn building, a charming pergola area, a stately breezeway area and a social garden for cocktail hours. The Indoor Garden Room features plenty of natural light and offers a close-up view of the landscaped gardens through a wall of French doors and windows.

The Highland Park Community House is an elegant wedding venue located in the heart of Highland Park's vibrant and well-known downtown district. Any dietary restrictions or preferences, from vegan, vegetarian and gluten free, can be accommodated. Additional rental items, such as, dishware, silverware, glassware & linens are all additional options based off of your needs. Full time and part time service staff and bartenders are hospitality professionals. If you do not need full service catering, delivery and set-up options are also available. Avec West Loop's entire second floor is a dedicated private dining venue. This space draws from the warm, intimate design of avec’s main dining room with lots of wood, stoned wall paper and natural light. It’s the perfect location for a private, intimate gathering. The space features an open kitchen and private bar where cocktails and hors d'oeuvres may be served prior to groups being seated. We can accommodate 40 guests for a seated event and 60 guests for a reception style event.
