Ebeling Events was an amazing partner for wedding planning and we recommend them to make your event smooth and stress-free. We signed up for a wedding package at Starling Hill (Audubon Center at Debs Park). We worked with Kim as our lead coordinator and also worked with Katie who was the associate lead and our day-of coordinator. It was easy to have a wedding package, so we didn’t have to seek out many separate wedding vendors and read tons of different contracts. We appreciated how the main essential event set-up was all in one place. Saved us so much time and energy working with these true professionals. They offered narrowed down options, which we really appreciated to save us from decision-fatigue, but if we had special upgrade requests, Kim and her team figured them out to allow for customization too. Kim was easy to reach and super helpful to handle any concerns with her many years of planning expertise. Her and her team were also fun to work with and super responsible and professional, so the actual wedding day was extremely low stress. The vendors Ebeling Events arranged for us as a part of our package were all amazing: florist, catering, bartenders, cake, DJ, lighting, rentals, decor, shuttle, and security. Kim was also an incredible resource for connecting us with outside vendors, as we hired our photographer and make-up artist from her list of recommendations and they were stellar, too. The Ebeling Events team is so talented at what they do. We were extremely impressed when watching Kim form the schedule for the day, and her ability to coach and wrangle the families at our rehearsal was legendary, too. We would have been lost and without Kim and her team. Thanks to Kim and Katie!

Greetings to those who are reading. My name is Shanice and I had the pleasure of working with Justine as a makeup artist for an engagement party. The event was planned and executed flawlessly. On my arrival, parking was easy and there were clear directions made for all attendees. When I arrived I was greeted by Justine, and assisted with my bags by others staffed by Justine to offer helping hands to my work area that was separate, clean, and spacious. My work area had amazing lighting already set up, a chair and table set up, and a personalized gift bag and refreshments waiting for me. I thought that it was above and beyond with service for her vendors. It felt good to work in an environment where I walked in with great impressions, service, and appreciation for my services rendered. I was grateful to have a setup that allowed me to work with ease and comfort. Each person who required makeup had a time slot and was on time and prepped very well. Justine did a wonderful job at making sure everyone was aware of what was going on and where we would be, if working. I appreciated her attentiveness to detail and how through her planning was executed. I also received an itinerary of the event and it was filled with beautiful moments and fun. As an attendee the setup of the event space was gorgeous. There was plenty of refreshments in a spacious and well decorated area. The food was also amazing. I loved the cultural diversity that she offered at her event to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. While I didn’t come knowing many people, because of the events and ice breaker games that we played, I left making many new acquaintances. Justine’s event was flawless and I look forward to working with her anytime and in the nearby future.

Our wedding was at Rosecliff Mansion and without her our dream wedding would not have been possible. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and everything went according to plan. She is very meticulous and organized, which made our lives much easier. With our busy work schedule we weren’t able to coordinate time for vendor meetings but Rachel did. Meshawn and the team at Perfection Unlimited were our Coordination team for our October 2023 wedding. We could not have asked for a better team to coordinate our unique wedding ceremony that was a surprise to our guests. After connecting with PU via Thumbtack back in mid-2023, we spoke with Matthew who immediately understood the importance of our vision. Our wedding was held at the New Parkway Theater in Oakland, Ca. It started off as a friends and family screening of a short film (the Bride was the director, the Groom was a crew member). Then, during the post-film Q&A, we revealed to our guests that we were getting married right then and there in the theater. Not only did PU coordinate a film screening complete with red carpet, step & repeat photos, food, drink, DJ and more, but they helped transition into a full wedding ceremony. Meshawn ran point on everything: rehearsal, procession, recession, cake, etc. Stellar team members, Angel and Rakisha, executed everything flawlessly. Angel acted as the special events coordinator, making sure our tech was on point (sound, picture, graphics, everything!) and she even made a reel for us to post on our socials. PU was up for the challenge of our 2-in-1 surprise wedding/film screening, and they rose to that challenge with much aplomb. For what we asked for, they could've up-charged us greatly. PU made us feel heard and seen throughout the process. We wanted our wedding to be a collaboration between BIPOC businesses and creators celebrating what we can achieve when we work together. Thanks to PU for what they promised, perfection.

Jacki and her team are simply fabulous! There is so much more to hair and makeup services than simply making you look and feel your best, though they will do that too! Just as important is Jacki's understanding of wedding days and special events, their timelines, working with other vendors as a team, and how best to be able to touch up your makeup throughout the day (esp those lips!) and making sure you look fresh! She takes care to listen to her clients' needs rather than choosing what style to use. Jacki is just one of the kindest, most lighthearted and fun wedding professionals out there.
