Hi everyone, I’m Brittany. Pinewood Baking is a one-man, or should I say woman show! I bake decorate, box, photograph, clean, advertise you name it! Pinewood Baking is a custom order dessert company located in SeaTac, Washington, and run out of my home. I am a fully licensed cottage home permit-run bakery (regulated by the Washington State Department of Agriculture). I am insured as well and can provide documentation for your venue.😊

Maxine is the Pastry Chef behind Baked By Max. She attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and received her Associates in Baking & Pastry Arts. Once graduated, Maxine returned to the Seattle area to work in local bakeries to master her skills. She created Baked By Max in 2020 and has grown to provide delicious desserts to the Greater Seattle area.

Each cup can be customized with fun toppings, and you can choose either a served or self-serve setup. We bring a live, build your own cake pop & mini cake bar to weddings and events. Guests choose their cake flavor, chocolate dip or frosting, and toppings, and we finish each treat on the spot - equal parts dessert and entertainment. Packages are sized for 50-300 guests with 1-2 attendants, 2-3 hours of service and full setup/clean up. We style the display to your palette and can also provide pre-set dessert tables, tiered cake pop cakes or individually wrapped favors.
