Booking with the Springs Event Venue in Wallisville was a breeze! We were married in January 20th 2024, so of course it was cold outside. They opened the doors 30 min earlier so we could set up, and they checked in with us throughout the day! Beautiful amenities for both bride and groom. They helped make my day magical!! I booked this place a week before my event because things fell through with another location. This location was just what we needed to celebrate or big day with our closest family and friends. It was easy to book, clean, and was in a nice location off the beltway. I give it four stars because there was no kitchen(stove/oven) and instead of having one designated person to work with there was always someone different whenever I had questions. I would def recommend BienVenue for intimate events.

I was originally planning for an outdoor wedding at the Event lawn. However, we had to make the last minute call to move it indoors the night before due to the expected rain the next day. I was initially disappointed but now I am so happy that we made that decision for our guests’ comfort. Carol and her team pulled through and had everything set up beautifully in the classrooms. ESPECIALLY adding the drapes on the ceiling which elevated the whole room. Luckily, we finished the ceremony early and was able to arrange our lion dancers to meet us out in the court yard lawn before the rain. I was able to get my favorite photo of all our guests with us and the lion dancers. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the space and said how beautiful that this piece of nature exists right in the Houston city limits THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!

The Revaire and their team helped make my wedding day the best day ever. Since first touring the venue, our assigned wedding coordinator Monica was a great help. I appreciated her responsiveness to all my emails no matter how annoying. The staff the day of the wedding left no detail forgotten. They even brought cocktails and appetizers to my husband and I after the ceremony while i was getting my dress bustled. My guests would not stop complimenting about what a beautiful venue it was. I also appreciated how easily accessible everything was. The entire venue is one level so no staircases or elevators required. A big plus when you have a big dress. :)

Batres Grand Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding day. We got married in April here and it was amazing! The venue is beautiful and there is a lot of space. My planner, Madison, was very helpful during the process and would answer any questions I had. Our coordinators Janeen and Jackie were awesome! They helped make the day flow perfectly and if we needed anything they were on top of it! The DJ was great as well and was included in the package. The only compliant I have was that they ran out of food even though less people showed up then in our final guest count. We got the steak option and it was delicious but the portions they gave out were small and they somehow still ran out...

The booking of my private reception dinner was done with ease. Katie got back to me quickly after my initial request and helped to answer all my questions throughout the reservation process. When the reception dinner day finally came, our Hostess Michelle was awesome! She explained the process of how everything works and was very nice and attentive throughout the night. She enjoyed hosting as much as we enjoyed being there... Then to top it off, the food was delicious! Great service and Great food is always a good combo. Look forward to coming back!

This venue offered most of the things that we needed. Their in house catering is amazing. The bar and bartenders made sure our guest were happy all night and they even had some recommendations of other vendors like our DJ and photographer that we hired through them. Their prices were very reasonable compared to the other places we looked at. We would recommend them to anyone.

Let me first say this venue is absolutely stunning! My fiance' and I were looking for a place that needed minimal decor and we stunted across Ashton Gardens will looking through The Knot. The chapel is gorgeous and the windows really do set the tone for an elegant wedding! The reception hall which is just a few steps away is equally beautiful, not needing really anything at all to enhance the look. My wedding planner is Sheila and she has been fabulous along the way. With the being my FIRST and ONLY marriage, I have so many questions and believe me I had emailed Sheila probably more than I text my fiance, but she is super sweet and has answered every question I had without any hesitation. The service is amazing and I really could have not prayed for a better venue; mind you I looked at 30 locations across the Texas area.

We used the Private Dining Room that was recently redone with new paint and décor and it looked so good with what we brought in. The food was amazing and the staff helped out so much. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and has such an enchanting, fairytale-like charm across the entire property. I also love how the venue is owned and managed by one family. You can easily see how much love and work they put into it all, to make sure these couples have the best wedding possible, and I really appreciate that. The value of the package we chose, definitely met our standards. We had access to the grounds for the entire day of the wedding (9AM-11PM), which was really advantageous, and there was even complimentary valet. The bride and groom both had their own separate quarters, which were very old houses with such ancestral and historic character that I really adored. The food was delicious and better than expected, since most weddings I've been to had very bland and disappointing dishes. The Chef on-site was very kind and helpful during the tasting process. Jose, the property manager, was very generous with his time and was very understanding and communicative with visits, tastings, and vendor schedules. There were a couple of times that there was confusion with contacts and miscommunications over phone calls/texts, but it was quickly figured out. As for the day of the wedding, the weather was highly unpredictable. It started off sunny and then it stormed for a few hours and then it cleared up just in time for the ceremony to still be held outdoors, and then it rained again for hours- shortly after the ceremony. However, Jose reassured me that they were all fully prepared to rearrange for everything to be indoors, if need be. The only qualms I really had with the night was when the food was being served, it got disorganized and confusing, since we didn't want a seating chart but had two entree options- so we tried to give everyone color-coordinating name plates, but it did not seem to workout too well. Everyone eventually got a meal, though. However, my husband and I wanted our dinners to be boxed up, since we were too anxious and excited to eat. We had told our coordinator this, and she said she would tell Jose to make sure it was done, but I guess the word never got back to him and the food was unfortunately thrown away. Similar situation happened with the cake, because we thought we were going to have the top tier saved for the 1 year anniversary tradition, but I think it was all served, which isn't really a big deal to us (I would rather my guests each have a slice of cake). When the wedding was ending after the grand exit, it got really hectic with packing and cleaning, because of the rain and everyone leaving at the same time, but Jose was really kind about us coming back the following day to pick up all the items that were left behind. Overall, the venue is beautiful and definitely worth it's value, all the staff are very friendly and exceptionally accommodating-I highly recommend it. We had a great time and everyone was happy, and I can't wait to go back to the venue for the complimentary, 1st anniversary bed and breakfast they offer!
