We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Hello!!! My name is Sarah. I am the owner and decorator behind Sugar and Spice Baking Company, a cottage food bakery located in Meridian Idaho. Baking has always been a passion of mine since a young age but it wasn’t until I quit my corporate career that it became my full time business! When I'm not making cookies, you can find me wrangling my young kids, or learning everything I can in my garden.

How did I get here? I attended The Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California and graduated with my associate in Baking and Pastry Arts in 2013. From there I moved to Los Angeles where I’ve worked at some of the best bakeries and cake shops as a custom cake decorator. I moved back to Exeter in 2020 and opened my commercial bakery location in 2023.

Reva Alexander-Hawk, chef and owner of Merci Beaucoup Cakes Upon launching Merci Beaucoup, a cake and pastry business, Reva rapidly achieved a reputation for creating innovative and tantalizing confections leading to appearances on top-rated televisions shows and media coverage by leading-international publications. Reva’s never-ending pursuit of excellence has led her to tackle new challenges, including; expanding her operations to the East coast. A 6x Food Network Champion, including "Wedding Cake Championships", Reva is here to make sure that every couple has a Wedding Day of their dreams. We focus on flavor, fun and finesse.

I began my career as a Pastry chef with my degree in baking and pastry arts from the Culinary Institute of America in 2006. I moved to Las Vegas to prove to parents “baking wasn’t just a hobby” I worked my way up the culinary ladder working for Thomas Keller, Jean Georges, Joel Robuchon & Tom Coliccho, including catering to celebrities and high need clientele 24-7. After I had my son, my life took a change and I found myself to be a single mother looking for a better life. I met my husband and he has encouraged me to take my passion for cakes to another level. CAKElyfe by Nattie J was born and now I’m a stay at home mom/custom cake artist.

When Danny first saw a donut machine in sunny California on his honeymoon back in 2014 he knew it would be a huge success in New York City. The idea was simple...bring donut joy to the streets of NYC. So Danny and Larry founded Glazed & Confused in April 2015. With their signature creations, comprised of delectable glazes and toppings, they have gone from streets of the five boroughs, to wedding halls in the New Jersey suburbs, to Long Island, the Hamptons, Connecticut, even Boston. Now they have brought their donuts all the way back to the West Coast!
