Making candy buffets actually started out as a "labor of love". For years, I've been doing them for my children and now my grandchildren. I was always asked why I wasn't doing this as a business. I guess I just wasn't ready! In 2015, my friend's daughter was getting married. I offered to make a candy buffet for her wedding, and Candy Buffet Lady officially came to life. Candy Buffet Lady provides tasty and mouthwatering dessert tables that couples and guests can eat while enjoying such a special occasion.

Hello there! My name is Paty and I am a Cake Artist with more than 10 years of experience. I specialize in wedding cakes and ultra-realistic cakes. My experience with baked goods comes from my childhood back in South America where I grew up. My small pastry business was created in New York City where I went to cake decorating school. In addition to making cake art, I teach baking classes for kids and adults and my dream is to be able share and teach the secrets about baking with whoever needs it.
