Hello! I am a professionally trained pastry chef from New York! I specialize in wedding cakes and decorated sugar cookies. I have been baking and decorating for over 10 years. Let’s make your special day a little bit sweeter!

I have years of experience in different aspects of baking; chocolate, sugar work, decorating, pastry, plated desserts, breads, etc! I was trained professionally in French pastry and graduated in NYC with a degree in baking and pastry arts!

    Gina was absolutely amazing! Our wedding had a change of time and location only a few months out and Gina was extremely helpful and coordinated changes with us! She worked with us and provided the samples, and on the day of the wedding I was extremely busy getting ready and my coordinator informed me that everything arrived perfectly and intact, decorated exactly as discussed and delicious!!!!
