Hello there! My name is Paty and I am a Cake Artist with more than 10 years of experience. I specialize in wedding cakes and ultra-realistic cakes. My experience with baked goods comes from my childhood back in South America where I grew up. My small pastry business was created in New York City where I went to cake decorating school. In addition to making cake art, I teach baking classes for kids and adults and my dream is to be able share and teach the secrets about baking with whoever needs it. With the right technique and the right tools, we all can create beautiful and artistic cakes.

Let's make your dream cake come true!! I work with more than 20 different flavors, but also am open to new requests. Getting married is a big deal - that's why your cake on the big day has to be very special. I'm here to guide you through the process of picking the perfect cake and flavors for your big day!! Please don't hesitate to ask me questions regarding cake ideas, customized toppers, colors and decorations. Behind every cake is a story, and I love adding those little story details into my cakes.

As a cake artist, I love creating wedding cakes that are as delicious on the inside as they are beautiful on the outside. All of the cakes are made fresh to order. They are fully customizable and prices might increase due factors, such as size, design work, decorations, flavors, fillings and travel distance.

Includes: - 1 Consultation and tasting experience. - 1 Basic Wedding cake up to 80 guest. - 160 Mini desserts, our desserts are made-to-order, allowing you to choose from a variety of options. Feel free to request your favorite treats!! (dessert list available up to request). Some of the most popular dessert at weddings are: - Dessert shots - Cake pops - Chocolate covered strawberries (seasonal) - Mini tarts - Chocolate truffles

    Working with Paty is a truly wonderful experience. I will be recommending her to everyone that I know. First of all, her cakes are truly delicious on the inside and stunning to look at. Many times with other people we've hired, beautiful cakes don't have the best flavor, and delicious cakes don't look so wonderful on the outside. Paty's innate talent and advanced skill show through her work. Her cakes taste incredible and look even better. Paty's cakes taste so fresh, we almost felt healthier eating them lol. To top it off, Paty is incredibly sweet, professional, dedicated to her customers and willing to go the extra mile for us.
