Nestled in the historic Old Cottage Grove (est. 1843), our hidden gem of a venue offers a picturesque setting for your special event. Our iconic white gothic arched roof dairy barn, built in 1947 by the Vandenberg family, sits on five acres of pastures and oak trees, overlooking a valley with stunning sunsets. The historic John P. Furber Farm, with its Italianate home, has a rich history dating back to the town's founding. Transformed into a gorgeous wedding venue in 2010, this unique space retains its historic charm while offering modern amenities.

Our ol' 10 acre charm farm dates back to before MN was a state in the abstract. It's been in Brady’s family since the summer of '69 and we plan to keep it that way for generations to come. The original family that homesteaded the property came from Czechoslovakia. They built the hand-hewn log cabin on a boulder foundation and owned it for 112 years. Brady grew up in the home since '87 which has transformed over time into the gem that we have today. We kickstarted our journey at GarageTown LLC with our wedding in August, 2021. The Capitol Room is located in the newly renovated historic armory of Saint Peter, Minnesota built-in 1913. The main ballroom is resplendent with over twenty chandeliers and hundreds of twinkling Edison bulbs all under a beautiful original wooden barrel-vaulted ceiling.
