Hi! I’m Carly :) Your new bestie behind the camera! I am located in Traverse City, Michigan, where I was born and raised, but I am always happy to travel for weddings + elopements. I fell in love with taking pictures at a very young age when I received my first film camera as a gift from my parents and have been obsessed ever since. My goal is to create timeless images that you can cherish forever, images that freeze your favorite moments in time. I’m not just a photographer, but a visual storyteller for loved-up souls.

I have over 9 years of experience in professional photography. From portraits, to weddings, to commercial jobs, I've done it all! I come equipped with an all-star team that strives to do nothing short of providing you and your spouse with memories captured in a unique and style-minded fashion.

I have studied fine art photography long before I ever started taking portraits of other people and shooting weddings. Fine art photography was my beginning, creating conceptual and authentic art that spoke to me and told my story was what I started with and then I started blurring that line between fine art and documentary. I started documenting other people and their lives in the same way that I created my own work intended for shows and galleries. That is how I came to the style that I shoot now, still blending the two parts of my life.
