What a beautiful spot! Tucked away on acreage between Orlando and Tampa is Scars Farm. Bright, natural, spacious, and well appointed. I performed a wedding at Scars Farm and everything was set up so beautifully. The space feels intimate even though there's so much room! What a wonderful wedding! I am looking forward to being at Scars Farm again soon!

Our wedding day felt like pure magic, and it is truly thanks to the incredible team at this wedding venue. Our guests were in awe of the space, and we received so many compliments regarding the décor, drinks, food, photographer and overall experience. My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received. We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day. Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately. I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. The decor, the flowers, the cocktails, the food, the week before, the day before, the day of, were all a dream. Everything that I communicated was heard. I was pretty much sold the second we walked onto the venue, but the level of service Amber provided during our tour sealed the deal. Located in historical Tampa Heights, Fariss Events is a designated local landmark in the Franklin Street Historic District also known as Yellow Brick Row. The Fariss is on the second floor of the Fariss building and two blocks from Armature Works, Water Works Park, and Riverwalk.

Lorraine & Staff When I found The Garden Ballroom, I knew it was the venue for us. Both my new husband & I work a lot of hours, and didn’t have much time during the week to plan our wedding. We used their all inclusive package, it made planning a breeze. We found that Lorraine was very accommodating to us, as we had a few hiccups since we were planning from afar. We drove for two hours to do the important meetings in person, and a few on the phone. Day of the wedding, it was easy to kick back and trust the Garden Ballroom had it under control. If there was ever a problem, I had no idea. All my guests loved the venue and had wonderful things to say. We stayed at the Staybridge Suites around the corner, and it made it so easy! I cannot say enough nice things about both Lorraine, Alfredo, and the staff at The Garden Ballroom. Everyone we worked with was so kind and wonderful to speak with. My guests spoke highly of the venue and staff as well. The venue itself was beautiful and charming. There are so many options for decorations, Lorraine will be able to capture your vision. I scrolled through their Instagram, and sent them DM's when I liked something in particular. Be sure to follow them and watch their stories & posts if you book! You won't be disappointed booking at this venue. While the building itself doesn't have its own parking lot, there is ample parking nearby. None of my guests had a problem. Catering The Catering was good! We selected for the Italian Menu, as we knew it would be a crowd pleaser. During the tasting we provided some feedback, and it was resolved. Catering was also able to accommodate our vegetarian guests by making sure the meatballs were on the side; which was a big deal to us. I know not all catering companies will do alterations, so it was nice to have it. We also had a gluten free guest, and I was happy to hear that I could order her a special plate. She gave it a 10/10 too! The food was delicious and I was hearing compliments from everyone. DJ For our DJ, we had Carlos. We were not sure if any of our guests were going to get on the dance floor. So we told him to go with the flow. We also bought some LED foam light sticks. Carlos did a fantastic job! We had people up on the dance floor the whole time. My guests loved the music selection. Being able to share songs from a Spotify playlist made sending our song selections so easy.

The communication from the staff was amazing - attentive, descriptive, and kept me feeling calm and prepared, especially when we were figuring out backup plans for potential rain. The modern barn has a beautiful spacious layout with indoor and outdoor areas that created the perfect backdrop. I loved working with the decorator who helped with all the little details - she had long black hair and such a sweet demeanor. Another standout was Desiree who helped ensure everything ran smoothly. At one point when I forgot my bouquet, someone raced to grab it so I didn't walk down the aisle empty handed! It's clear this team truly cares. SSR is creative and artistic in their decor, giving me fresh details at every wedding. Their professionalism in planning, timelines and financials make them a pleasure to work with and I look forward to each and every wedding I shoot there. The entire staff is not only talented and helpful, they are good people! When you work at SSR, you are not only treated like a friend, but as part of a family, and that's rare these days. Our nine acre property provides perfect backdrops for your most special moments! Five acres of active grapevines surround our Farmhouse, which was built all the way back in 1900 and still features some of the original flooring and as well as the wood staircase. Two ceremony sites are yours to choose from, the Vineyard or the Lakeside. Our Vineyard site is nestled amongst the vines and sits at the base of a very large and old Oak Tree. The largest of our two sites, the Vineyard also features our onsite Wishing Well for couples married on the property. The Lakeside site provides a smaller, more intimate experience with the view of gorgeous Lake Thonotosassa at your backs. A dreamy Bridal Suite awaits on the second floor of our Farmhouse, and not to be forgotten, a Grooms Bunkhouse down by the lake. Draping the front of the Farmhouse, our reception area features 3,000 square feet of covered space with all new lighting and sound.

We recently worked with Osprey View and the staff is amazing! The views from the event space and the space itself are stunning. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple or person looking for an event space.

Grand Hall Our 5,152 sqft Grand Hall can accommodate up to 340 guests seated or 740 guest cocktail style. The Grand Hall’s features high pitch ceilings with the central peak reaching 40’ overhead. Complete with a built-in stage platform and Ashwood plank flooring, this beautifully neutral event space will provide a blank canvas allowing for endless design possibilities for the backdrop of your event. Community Room The Community Room is a 1,980 square foot room can accommodate up to 280 Guests cocktail style or 130 seated. This space can be used as one large room or split into two rooms and is ideal for meetings or small gatherings. Palm Oasis Bar The Palm River Oasis is a beautifully unique bar measuring at 2,470 square feet, it can fit up to 361 Cocktail or 220 Seated. The Oasis is fully stocked and open to the public and can be rented exclusively for your event.

We were lucky enough to book the ESC for our special day. The staff was great in helping select the services they could provide and great partners in working with our planner. It was a great time and a night I’ll look back upon with appreciation and excitement.

We are a blank canvas where you can create your own unique style in our large 5000 sq ft barn. We have a turfed courtyard with market ligthting overlooking a 3 acre pond surrounded by natural elements. The most unique and our personal favorite part of this space, are the elephants from the adjacent elephant conservation that are viewable from our venue.

This was the venue of our dreams. Everything was perfect. Looked exactly like the pictures. Alexis and her day of coordinator Kristin made sure our day was perfect and they were very easy to work with. It was luck that we came across this venue and we had a perfect wedding here!
