The Design Barn was the perfect venue! They are very accommodating and will work with you to put your vision together. Alex was so helpful with making our dreams come to life. Jorge makes the BEST food. You don't have to worry about food and drinks. They have a team there to do it all! The venue also includes all your seating, plates/silverware/glasses, linens, cute Photo Booth area, along with tables for your welcome set up. We've been to many venues where you get charged extra for security, plating, linens, extra chairs, etc. They also have plenty of space to have over 200 people! We never felt cramped or crowded. The Design Barn also has beautiful and fun SPACIOUS rooms for the bridal parties. They also have a very cute and fun room for when the bride gets ready. We've been to other venues where there were no bridal suites or they were extremely small. Our bridal party had 9 people on each side so room to get ready was a must. The venue also provides drinks and lunch for when you are getting ready. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. We are so glad we picked the Design Barn. It was PERFECT!!

This was, by far, the best decision I made when planning my wedding. I realized after a certain point that my day of had a lot more to it than I realized behind the scenes (and boy, you have no idea) and decided I could use a day of planner. I had limited decor and thought that day of decor with the planning wasn’t necessary but quickly changed my mind and I am so glad that I did. In planning she was so helpful in organizing communication with the vendors and fought for me to get my vision when she thought it wasn’t being delivered. Day of none of my family nor myself had to spend any time with set up, questions, issues or take-down. There was apparently a huge issue with the the tablecloths not coming in as well as the flowers for my alter flying away in the wind. Gina took care of it all, make-shifting her way to get it all done on time. (Mind you there were problems at my two different location wedding day so they made sure to spread out and cover all the bases.) She made sure we got to have all of our appetizers and kept us on top of everything without any stress for us. The night before she and her partner went to go get signs to help the guests with navigation when she thought there was even a possibility of anyone getting lost/confused. Gina went above and beyond to make my wedding day smooth and easy for me and I couldn’t be more grateful. I truly cannot recommend her enough, and stress how important it is to have a planner. Most people complain about the problems at their wedding and stress, and we dealt with absolutely none of that - and a HUGE part of that is thanks to Gina & Sugar on the Rim Events. We had the wedding of our dreams!

We had a beautiful wedding at Aberdeen. Everything was just as we hoped for and more. The staff is great and very helpful throughout the process. They make sure everything is taken care of along the way so nothing is missing on the day. They offer many options from the ceremony space, to table settings and more. We had many compliments on the food as well! Their preferred vendor list also led us to other amazing connections for the day. We would highly recommend booking with Aberdeen!

Especially considering the exceptional quality and attention to detail in each image. The final edits were flawless, and the photographer managed to enhance the natural beauty. Fair Oaks Farms was a nice venue for our wedding, though their communication style was a bit minimal on the actual wedding day. The quality of their work and value was very nice - the servers were attentive and helpful throughout the evening. However, when our official reception time was up at 11pm, the staff turned on all the lights and rushed us to gather our belongings and vacate the reception hall immediately. This made the end of our special night feel a bit abrupt and hurried. Overall, Fair Oaks Farms provided a pleasant setting for our wedding, but could improve the communication and transition at the end of the night.

I had my Quinceañera here and we were able to get all linens, centerpieces, dinner, dessert and more for one price!
