Was hoping to get professional photos before leaving this review, but guest photos will suffice and I'll come back later with more. Shell's Loft was the perfect spot for our wedding and everything came together there so well with minimal stress! Steve and the entire Shell's Loft team responded to every phone call and email quickly, they were extremely flexible with our schedule, getting into the space, accommodating the deliveries and vendors, and went way above and beyond to help make the day come together. They were able to flex a little bit with the bar package so I could get one of my favorite cocktails on the menu, were happy to help us out with furniture, and at one point when we were dealing with an electrical issue (with our equipment, not there's) they even brought in an electrician to help us resolve it at the last minute! They have a roster of experienced vendors that we tapped into for lighting and music who knew the space well, worked quickly, and delivered an incredible experience to the guests. The sun came in through the skylights and large windows during the ceremony and when the sun went down and the lighting came on, the space absolutely came alive for the party. The pictures are great, but even they don't do it justice. Steve knows the area well and was helpful advising on parking, afterparty spots, had great ideas for food and dessert options, and was an all around enthusiastic collaborator. I could ramble about this further, but suffice to say, they do an exceptional job at being responsive and flexible, and they brainstormed and collaborated with us on ideas for the event and were happy to help us with solutions and access to vendors and experts.

One of the best Venues in Brooklyn! Mariam and I had the best wedding night experience at Luo’s Events Space. We celebrated in April 30, 2024. All the staff were very professional, friendly and supportive. We were really nervous about our wedding night but everything went super smooth. Our family and friends gave us a lot compliments! We hosted about 100 guests for wedding welcome drinks at Carreau Club and everyone had a blast! Our guests enjoyed casual petanque play and everyone was very impressed with the unique setting and the overall atmosphere, service, and vibes. The staff were very helpful teaching guests petanque rules and gameplay. Carreau Club was very flexible and accommodating, with several different options for food/bar packages and court/venue buyouts. Dana was a dream to work with. While I hope I never get married again, if I do, I would be sure to come back to Carreau Club -- let's play petanque!

We had our heart set on Strong Rope as the perfect spot for our wedding after party, and reached out to the team more than a year in advance. Even though they don't officially book until six months beforehand, Katie gave us all the information that we needed and when the 6-month window arrived we were already set with all of our options. They often do wedding after parties and have a specific package, which was relatively inexpensive. The team was easy to work with - they even helped put out some of our snacks! The beers are always good, and they loaded up our Spotify playlist. The beertenders were great. We'd highly recommend them for wedding afterparties, but honestly, would do so for any event!

I dont even know where to start with Liberty Warehouse. Jeff, Andrea, and the entire staff is top top notch. It is a lovely setting with a private promenade to include a full view of the city, beautiful indoor spaces that are easy to compliment or transform, incredible food, unmatched service, and all of my clients rave about their events. The entire process of booking to day of is an absolutre pleasure. The Liberty Warehouse is always the first venue I recommend to all of our clients. If I could give them 10 stars I would. HIGHLY recommend!

We held our wedding reception at Five Boroughs Brewery in October 2023, and we couldn't have been happier! We opted for a combination of seated and standing for our 65 guests, designating the long banquet tables for our families to gather, and the high-top tables for our friends to mix and mingle. There was space in the center of the room for speeches, a musical performance, and reciting our vows before inviting everyone onto the dance floor. Our guests loved the Five Boroughs beers on tap, and they also offered wines and cider, as well as seltzer for non-drinkers. We had catered appetizer platters set up along the wall, and a food truck parked outside. There's also a ramp entrance, which was very helpful for my 93-year-old grandmother. The ambiance in the taproom was warm, intimate, and beautiful even with us opting for very minimal additional decor. The staff was kind, communicative, and helpful every step of the way--the care they took to ensure our wedding went perfectly was really evident. Our Five Boroughs wedding was joyful, intimate, and personal.

I can’t say it enough that The Rockleigh should be at the top of everyone’s venue list. They were our 2nd of 3rd venues we were touring and we never went to our 3rd venue tour. My words simply can’t portray how magical a wedding at The Rockleigh will feel. As soon as you walk in we were hit with a “wow” feeling. The venue is simply beautiful and left us and all our guests in awe. On top of a classy and beautiful venue, the service the staff provided is truly unforgettable. They will be at your side the entire day making sure you don’t have to lift a finger and ensure that your day goes as exactly as planned (and might I say better than you planned it to go). The food was also the most flavorful dishes I have ever had the privilege of enjoying. I hope this review helps other couples decide that The Rockleigh should be where they have their wedding. I could not have asked for a more perfect day and that was simply thanks to the amazing staff and service The Rockleigh provides. We had a beautiful wedding at the Meadow Club. Management and staff are attentive and detail oriented. Any question I had was answered promptly and I was never left wondering about a plan b. We were supposed to have an outdoor wedding but it rained and the management went over every detail about how they would make an indoor wedding for me (which they executed beautifully). All of my guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue is and the beautiful photo backdrop walls throughout the halls and bathrooms. We had over 200 people at the wedding reception and no one had to look for their waiter or wait long for drink refills. I love Zoli and his team at the Meadow Club. They are truly phenomenal.

I was your classic "I don't want a wedding" kind of bride and knew the value of a wedding for our families. Hands down, Alex Argenio made it happen. My husband and I can't thank her enough for taking the time to get to genuinely know us over the course of 18+ months, answer every annoying question and truly make our wedding day very unique to us in more ways than one. We worked with an outside caterer and Alex ensured both parties (Moghul Catering and Liberty House) met over a year in advance to confirm logistics would be on point. We also had an intimate ceremony with only 15 guests with the main reception/cocktail hour to happen after. Alex made the large party & small ceremony come to life in parallel - I swear there are two of her. For anyone reading this review, the wedding process is overwhelming, exhausting and hard to balance with everyday life and demanding families. Working with someone like Alex was the best decision we made as a couple because we trusted her implicitly. She is organized, efficient, extremely detail oriented and doesn't miss a beat. I want her to plan my retirement party in 100 years. Thank you Alex for being the realest memory maker & for really listening. We are the lucky ones.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. We had our wedding here on 4.13.24 and it was a dream. All of our guests were blown away by the cocktail hour spread and dinner courses (the food really was so delicious).The venue itself is naturally beautiful, and the location is excellent, with beautiful views of the Hudson even on a cloudy day. We had several guests say this was the best wedding they have every been to! I thank Victor for being so amazing throughout the entire planning process. Despite having to plan our wedding from Dallas, he was flexible with our schedules, and always had open communication. He gives you the confidence that he and his staff will take care of making your wedding celebration excellent and that is what they did. We were lucky to have Victor there the night of our wedding taking care of the details and coordinating all of the transitions of the night and made sure everything ran smoothly. He was a joy to work with. The staff was wonderful as well, all nice and professional. I recommend this venue to anyone for any event, but especially your wedding.

Our vision for our wedding was for all our favorite people having a night out at a bar and the 76 house more than delivered! We loved the historical aspect of the restaurant and they even had little pamphlets our guests could take that shared the history of the venue. This is a bit of an untraditional wedding venue (as it is a restaurant) but that didn’t stop anyone from dancing and having a great time. From the moment we started working with Elisa (our “wedding planner” aka the woman who runs the show) she was detail oriented while willing to work with us throughout the whole process. Whether it was from payment, table arrangements, food, getting the vendors set up, etc. anything we needed, she helped. The food tasting she set up for us was amazing allowing us to try various options for the dinner. We are both laid back people so we let the chef go with any appetizers he wanted. You are able to request anything you want and they will likely be able to do it for you. The chef did not disappoint, ALL of the apps were incredible. We had one guest mention he ate 20 meatballs they were so good. There was chicken, steak skewers, lamb chops, meatballs, hummus/veggie spread (that wasn’t even all that was served). We had eaten at the restaurant a few times so we knew the food was good. However, having to serve 120 people and still make it delicious is tough but they did it well (we went with the chateaubriand, amish chicken, mahi mahi, and vegetable risotto). We requested no pork or nuts for the whole wedding. We had a wedding cake through a bakery they recommended and they also put plates of small desserts out on the tables. Aside from the food, the service was amazing. All the waiters and waitresses were attentive and extremely professional. For us, we constantly had our champagne filled and asked whether we needed something. They were on top of water refills, drink requests, clean up, etc. We really appreciated the service given to us and our guests. We heard so many times during cocktail hour that every time someone turned around they had a food option. While we did not have to go up to the bar, our guests said the bartenders were awesome, quick, and generous! Elisa worked great with our other vendors as well, making sure they had everything they needed and that things were kept on schedule (food, dances, cake, etc). We had a completely stress free evening which allowed us to have the time of our lives. She ensured that our tables were set with the centerpieces, the florals were set up, and she created a menu for us (which is great to have something taken off our plate). Elisa also, set up our various signs and ensured everything was where we had discussed. We were able to drop everything off ahead of time and not have anything to worry about the day of. Our biggest concern going to this venue was the fact that the front room was partially separated from the rest of the restaurant. We decided to sit people there who we knew would be a bit rowdier and on the dance floor so it wasn’t an issue for us at all. It did get pretty toasty in there but we were dancing the whole time and it’s an older building. The air tried its best and while sitting for dinner it was more than comfortable! We are a crazy group so I’m not surprised we were sweating lol. This was the best day and a HUGE part of that is thanks to Elisa and her whole team at the 76 house. Food, service, people are TOP NOTCH. We could go on and on but ran out of space :)

Exceeded my expectations! From the very start of the whole process, Vincent put our minds at ease. He is so responsive and helpful the whole way through. The absolute best there is!!! Then Our matre d, Lauren, what can I say? Amazing!!!! She took care of everything and made the night so seem less. My bridal attendant helped bustle my dress and made sure everyone was fed. She even came on the dance floor to help in a pinch to re bustle my dress. The staff was amazing and guests got to choose their meals then, total score! Now what the fans said: “the food was delicious” “I’ve never seen such an amazong cocktail hour” “it was so beautiful!”

We absolutely loved our wedding venue! Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the space, and everything about the venue itself was perfect for our big day. The staff was generally great, and the venue itself exceeded our expectations. However, there were a couple of things that caught us off guard. First, when we went to drop off our decorations the day before the wedding, we were surprised to find large, dramatic Christmas decorations still in the foyer—something we were never informed would be there. Thankfully, the team worked with us to remove them, and by the morning of the wedding, everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated. Second, we were disappointed to find that the venue ran out of rum for our signature drink. We had clearly communicated that rum was a major ingredient, yet they only had two bottles for the entire night, which was nowhere near enough. It seemed like they completely forgot that rum was a key part of our signature cocktail, and it was frustrating to see our guests unable to enjoy it as planned. Lastly, after the wedding, we heard some concerning stories about the way the venue manager and team interacted with our vendors, particularly our wedding planner. Apparently, voices were raised, and things got very heated, with fingers being pointed at faces. It was heartbreaking to hear this, especially because it was completely at odds with the otherwise wonderful experience we had. It felt very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, the venue itself was stunning, and the event went off beautifully, but these issues were frustrating and disappointing, especially when considering how much we loved everything else. If you decide to book here, just make sure to keep a close eye on the details and be aware of how the team handles interactions with vendors.

Gabe and the entire crew at HH knocked it out of the park. The entire day went flawlessly, they worked seamlessly with our vendors, set up the rooms better than I could have ever imagined. Not to mention the space itself/location is GORGEOUS….but funny enough, we booked the space for the insane views of NYC, but happened to get the foggiest day of December - it. Did. Not. Matter. !!! Hudson House KILLED IT and made our day beautiful, stunning, and perfect start to finish. Our guests are raving about the time they had.

We had a beautiful wedding at the greenhouse of the Beardsley Zoo. The GlowWild light festival in the evening simply added to the magic of the event. The coordinators were wonderful in helping us set up and organize everything. If I had one piece of constructive feedback, it would just be that the head coordinator, Lindsay, was sometimes tricky to get in contact with via telephone for things like making our deposit and final payment for the venue.

Our guests enjoyed the heavenly cocktail hour and were impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Day of coordinator Jennifer was attentive and took care of all my bridal needs. We highly recommend booking Nicotras Ballroom at the Hilton Garden Inn for your wedding venue, we had a lot of guests traveling and it was easy for our guests to stay in the hotel. We shared our first look on the beautiful property, there are endless options for photo ops. We were able to take many photos and video inside and outside the venue. The ceremony took place outside on the Gazebo, it was absolutely stunning, the weather was perfect. Alessandra met with us regularly in person and was easily accessible via email. She walked us through the wedding planning and guided us on the next steps of the process. It was a great relief that the venue took care of a lot of the details, and we used one of their vendors Red Carpet Events for decor/flowers and they were fantastic.
