The Brookside is a Friday to Sunday outdoor wedding rental. The 21 acre estate offers 2 homes, 9 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, sleeps 22, a full gourmet catering kitchen, fire pit, multiple outdoor ceremony and receptions spaces, garage bar, bridal suite, and private lake. This beautiful lodge, part of the Vial Family Farm, Scholls location is located amidst the working farm and family homes of an extended family that has become part of the fabric of the community of Scholls. Once the family home, the Lodge retains the spirit of family and gathering that is palpable to all who experience it. Nestled in the trees on Parrett Mountain, our wine tasting room is a cozy, inviting lodge-style experience. Drink wine by the fire or sit outside for a fantastic view of Mt. St. Helens between the trees. Construction of the building incorporated Cedar, Fir, and Maple harvested from our property. This wood was used for the siding, along with the 3 bars: Cedar, Fir and Maple live edge slabs. At the center of the building stands the top of the Cedar tree, standing 28 feet tall. Specializing in Big Bold Reds, we also have some award-winning Pinot Noir and white wines as well as local beer on tap. Our tasting room is a versatile space for hosting many events: private tastings, meetings, birthdays, small casual weddings, and more. Events must be catered. We have preferred caterers but will consider outside caterers as requested. We can seat 64-70 people inside and on the patio, but allow a maximum of 85 guests per event. We have 45 parking spots and 2 Tesla Charging stations.

There's just so much to love about these 28 secluded acres—rustic, welcoming buildings, a peaceful pond, trickling creeks, springs, meadows, and trails, all surrounded by forestland. Exchange vows in the perennial flower garden, then celebrate under the charming peeled log pavilion. Enjoy cocktails at the outdoor bar, or come up with an idea your hosts haven't seen yet. they love it when couples get creative! Enjoy your overnight stay in the cool glamping yurts, platform tents, and honeymoon cabin. Spend the day cycling the Banks-Vernonia State Trail, hiking, or playing lawn games, then gather around the fire pit at night reminiscing over s'mores.
