Cynquetta is a gem to work with! My husband and I found Cynquetta through a bridal expo in Philly after having to fire our previous wedding planner. I truly wish we had found Cynquetta first because she would have certainly been the wedding planner for the entire wedding. From the moment I met her at the expo I knew she would be the right fit. Her booth was beautifully decorated, and she exuded a kind, honest, and professional spirit. Throughout the planning process, Cynquetta was everything I dreamed and imagined a wedding planner to be. She was organized, timely, and great with communication, and she brought the positive energy that a couple needs to navigate the stresses of wedding planning. Regardless of how stressed (or over it) I was throughout the planning, Cynquetta remained calm and supportive for both me and my husband. For the wedding, we had a 10hr long Tobagonian, Barbadian, Nigerian fusion wedding with 2 ceremonies, multiple outfit changes for our entire families (40 people) and the bridal party in addition to the cocktail hour, reception, and photos. When I tell you Cynquetta helped us execute everything PERFECTLY!!!!?? Honestly, the guests said the wedding was like “a movie” or “a production” and I truly believe it worked out this way largely because of Cynquetta. I am a very meticulous person when it comes to planning, and I think Cynquetta was even more meticulous than me lol. Her spreadsheet to organize the details of the wedding covered everything we could think of and some much of what I wouldn’t have realized needed to be planned out. We met weekly, texted regularly, and emailed frequently to get everything in place for the big day. I could go on and on about how Cynquetta will NOT let you down; but I’ll end with the only bit of critique I had for Cynquetta is that she needs to raise her prices!!!! She’s THAT good! I would have paid double (or more) for the quality of her work and the joy that she allowed me and my husband to experience on our wedding day. Thank you so much Cynquetta! (PS, we've also used Cynquetta after the wedding to plan a 60th bday party for my mum!)

Best experience ever Let's just say that we could not have done it without Camille and her team. She was an absolute God sent. Planning a wedding can be super stressful she made sure everything was seamless from the initial meeting all the way through the final logistics. We were never stressed during the planning process, she was always available regardless of the time of day. We told her what our vision was for the wedding and she made sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted. From the table linen, to menus and even napkins. She thinks of things that we would have never thought of. I can go on and on of how great my experience was. But one thing for sure Camille will NOT STEER YOU WRONG she made sure every penny was well spent, she's really transparent and truly have the couples' best interest at heart. The wedding industry can be avaricious it was really great having someone in our corner to advocate for us. The day of the wedding we didn't have to lift a finger. Camille and her team were there from the moment we were getting ready till the time we left the venue. Camille is truly a blessing to anyone that gets to have her as a wedding planner she's a true talent.

Hiring Hannah and her AMAZING team was hands down the best decision I made as a bride! From Day 1, Hannah was caring, responsive, personable and VERY organized! She was an invaluable resource to me and my fiancé throughout the entire planning process. But, the month leading up to the Big Day, I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. She communicated exceptionally well with all my vendors and created/distributed a timeline that made the Day Of flow seamlessly! She sent me reminders, kept me on task, alleviated my stress, all while helping me remember the reason we were doing this in the first place {all bc two people fell in love}! Hannah was my ROCK the entire wedding day. In the midst of so many emotions and people, whenever I would see her, I felt a sense of ease. Because she truly had EVERYTHING under control. Hannah and her team provided constant support. They guided me and the bridal party whenever we needed direction (and we needed a lot!) and lovingly advised me when I just couldn’t bear to make another decision. There was absolutely nothing that they weren’t willing to do; they made sure I didn’t get wet when the skies opened up as soon as we got to the church and even bustled my wedding gown at the reception!! I can’t say enough good things about this group. Hannah is extraordinary at what she does. WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. From our planning call to the days leading up to the wedding to the day of, Ashley was on top all of the things (including the small details we would have forgotten that would have blown up in our faces day of!) in a way that was just right - nudging us to get things done and also giving us feedback and ideas about what might work/etc. since we are not wedding professionals. ;) She had the East Coast Energy that I craved combined with the NOLA local experience that we needed in planning a wedding in New Orleans while being from and living in NYC. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding who wants a super organized, warm, and easy to communicate with planner/coordinator!

Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party.
