We are a family-owned and operated winery located in Denver. Our award-winning wines are traditionally handcrafted, without addition of sulfites or other chemicals. The tasting room and vineyard is located just 10 minutes from downtown Denver. When visiting you will be welcomed by John Balistreri, his wife Birdie or their daughter Julie. We offer tastings of our award winning wines and a tour of our wine cellar and winemaking facilities. It's also a great location to host a lively bridal shower or wedding, with custom menu and wine options available.

“Balistreri is an awesome family-run business that hosts private events outside of their winery/restaurant hours. We originally fell in love with the gorgeous ballroom, outdoor space, and super tasty chef-created bistro style food. They’re very flexible with outside vendors (though you should definitely cater through them because it’s worth it), upfront with pricing, and you have the whole space to yourself. When covid hit, our wedding plans changed dramatically but Balistreri was communicative, understanding, and compassionate with the logistical and financial uncertainties of 2020. We ended up moving our June wedding to September and were able to host our wedding within the current local covid guidelines (outdoors, less than 30, masks). It was completely gorgeous and our guests had a great time. Plus we finally got married! We’re very grateful to have worked with Lauren, Mattie, and Julie and wish them all the best.”

The staff showed such attention to detail, they were organized (but still flexible), and transparent with communication. My Coordinator, Stefanie was incredibly attentive, prepared, and kind. Stefanie, Annie, and the rest of the staff were prepared for anything and knew how to make sure the day went smoothly. Unlike other venues that require booking multiple additional rooms in order to do the event - Della Terra had everything included. From the spacious and well thought-out space for getting ready, to our luxurious honeymoon suite with a private hot tub and romantic view. There's not another venue in Estes Park that even compares to this one!”
