Book this venue! We knew we wanted a barn venue and looked at several. From the minute we started dealing with Jeremy we knew this was our place. He runs a great venue and is overly helpful to ensure you have a great day. There are multiple ceremony options, we went with the stone arch. We loved having different areas for the wedding for cocktail hour and reception. The backdrop around the venue made for great pictures. We enjoyed the new groomsmen area too! Red Oak Events hosted an event for me with about 60 guests at their Hummin’ Bird Hall. It was so much fun because it was such a unique venue. Walking through the gardens, seeing the art gallery, going out on the balcony terrace, so much more than just a ballroom. The staff greeted us and escorted us to our event and constantly checked on us.

While there is no air conditioning, the venue has plenty of fans that kept us cool and comfortable throughout the event. One of our favorite things about working with The Barn at Blue Rock Farm was the flexibility they offered - we were able to bring in our own catering, beverage service, and decorator, which allowed us to personalize the day exactly how we wanted. Elizabeth was also incredibly accommodating, jumping in to help with our day-of coordinator services at the last minute when we needed her. The pricing was reasonable, and the expectations were well communicated from the start, making the entire planning process a breeze. From the very beginning, Madison at Namu was incredibly proactive, prompt, kind and helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. The venue itself is truly amazing - the beautiful bamboo backdrop creates a gorgeous and unique setting for a wedding. Namu offers different areas to rent based on the style and size of your event, and they were extremely flexible in catering to our needs. They handled all the food and drinks for our wedding, which made things so much easier and allowed us to fully enjoy the day. Overall, we feel so lucky we had our wedding at Namu. The atmosphere was beautiful and everything was at a great value. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Boxcar Bar Arcade provided a beautiful and unique space for our wedding, but the communication leading up to the event was a real challenge. The lack of an on-site event coordinator led to some miscommunication and confusion during the planning process, especially around the bar and bartending services. However, the on-site staff were quick to resolve any issues that came up and ensure our guests had a fun and memorable time in the vibrant, arcade-themed atmosphere. Overall, Boxcar Bar Arcade offered great value for the space, but couples should be prepared to take a more hands-on approach to planning and coordinating with the venue. Highly recommended bringing day of coordinator service at this venue

We had booked this venue under another management company and I think that's a really important preface - the venue had not been managed for seven months when we arrived so of course it wasn't perfect and there were some issues. None of this was the fault of the new management, who went above and beyond to help us to have a wonderful event. The estate is VAST, there is so much room for a large luxury event here, and plenty of guest space too. It really is a beautiful place for a wedding or special event with a ton of amazing places for stunning photographs.

My wedding was this past December, and I had been looking for a hotel to accommodate my family and friends. The Hyatt House in Morrisville was the perfect spot. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and even handed out gift bags to our guests. The event coordinator, Brett, is absolutely fantastic to work with. He is not only professional, but extremely kind and responsive. I am a big fan of Hyatt in general, but this experience just really solidified everything about Hyatt I already like. The hotel lobby area/bar was the perfect spot for the family to informally gather during the wedding weekend and the variety in breakfast day to day was also an added bonus. If you area looking for a spot to host your family and friends then definitely consider this hotel!

I'm going to REALLY try to not make this review an entire novel. Cutting straight to the chase BOOK THEM! Chef John and Natasha (and entire team) were exceptional from DAY ONE! Yes the venue is gorgeous, but the people really make the place. They have several packages to book from. I loved having options. I had weekly questions lol, they answered expeditiously, detailed and were never rude (not one time). THE FOOD babyyyy; mouth watering. They provide the wedding party lunch and it's real food not just a sandwich tray. They always said "we make sure our bride and goom eat", and they kept that promise. We ate and we ate good! Our guest were also very happy! Lastly, they somehow have a way of making you feel like you are the only wedding that is going on and obviously that is not the case. Their attention to detail was exactly what we needed. This helped us check things off our box and also recall things that we may have forgotten or not thought about. Based on the excessive use of exclamation points you can tell we were very happy with The Chandelier Wedding & Event Venue. You will not regret booking your event here!

The Longhouse was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Anna, the coordinator, was incredibly responsive and helpful, even when we had questions late at night. For the price, the venue was above and beyond - the space was beautiful and the team went out of their way to make our day special. The coordinator lit all of our candles, which was such a nice touch, and anytime she heard us pondering what to do, she would jump in with great advice. The only downside was the time limit of 9 hours, but the team was so accommodating that I can't complain when the overall price was so reasonable. My dog was even able to join us, which made the day even more perfect. Overall, I had a really great experience at The Longhouse and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a stunning wedding venue with exceptional service.

We held our wedding reception at Bakery 1818. First of all, we arrived TWO hours late and despite the fact that they were preparing to take lunch, they jumped in to help us unload the car. (Important note: when they remind you that you should eat on your wedding day, it’s not a joke!) This is a small, but phenomenal team! Every thought I shared about my vision, every detail explained (even briefly) was executed. They coordinated EVERY detail. I was in make up for over one hour and when I came downstairs, the venue was SET! All of my boxes were unpacked and all of the supplies and decorations were in place. I am very Type A and constantly have thoughts swimming through my head. This day, it was exceptionally true and, probably, annoyingly so. I was only met with smiles in every inquiry. My family is still talking about how amazing the venue was and how much fun they had… Listen, if you want to reduce your stress level, and you should, because wedding planning is h a r d, BOOK IT. Do it. It reduces your workload significantly and, I promise, there’s still plenty for you to do. Like enjoy your wedding!

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

Trophy Brewing & Pizza can accommodate a variety of private events from rehearsal dinners and baby showers to networking events and company parties, suited for groups of 10-60 seated and up to 100 standing. This is our original Trophy Brewing Company location that housed our first brewing program. After several years of continued growth we began renovations in 2019, adding more dining space to allow large groups to join us in their celebrations, expand the kitchen, and create the foeder room to launch our wild and sour beer program.

We had a wonderful dinner party Dec 6, 2024 at the Trophy Brewing Morgan Street location! Planning the event with Brittany made for an excellent night. Her quick responses to my many questions and helpful recommendations ensured our party to go off without a hitch. Trophy is known for their pizza, so we were very impressed with how good the alternative entree's were. The apps and entree's were served hot, on time and plenty and desserts to die for. The two room venue was comfortable for our 50 guests and the attentive, friendly and polite staff went above and beyond serving the drinks, apps and attending to our guests needs. We were also very appreciative of Tabatha and the staffs unexpected help for decorative setup and break down and the slide show setup before and after the event. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Trophy Brewing & Pizza!

Tami at Tobacco Road Sports Cafe & Brewery was great to work with. We needed to adjust our guest numbers at the last minute and she was on top of it, making sure everything was taken care of. The space was perfect for our wedding, and our guests raved about the delicious food without breaking the bank. They even hired a special carver for our carving station and ordered special liquor just for us. I highly recommend this venue for any event - they really contributed to making our special day perfect.
