Topo's 403 means more than just a beautiful space or a delicious meal; it is a way of honoring a family history and it's long-held dreams. The restored 1870s townhouse on Walnut has been in the Topolgus family since Stephanie's grandfather opened his medical practice there in 1947. Stephanie's father, Dr. Jim Topolgus, practiced medicine there until moving his offices in the mid-1990s. When the building was empty, it opened up an opportunity "Topo" had been waiting for.

Whippoorwill Hill is a hidden treasure 6 miles from downtown Bloomington, Indiana. The property includes a stunning 300 person capacity, timber frame wedding barn originally constructed in 1892, and a farm house and barn built in the 1840s. Originally built by Henry Woolery in 1930, Woolery Mill has been transformed into an industrial chic venue with modern amenities. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 2002, the mill is a former A.J. Woolery & Sons quarry with a variety of buildings, structures, and objects originally used for limestone production. The mill shut down production in 1996 and the property has been vacant since. Woolery Mill offers one the most inclusive and unique wedding experiences in southern Indiana all while maintaining the highest standards. The newly renovated architectural genius boasts soaring ceilings, massive exposed beams and an incredible amount of natural light. Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.

The Destination is a place where people can gather to share special times and create memories with those they love. The Destination features a full-service venue for weddings and special occasions with the added convenience of on-site lodging in the 1919 Bed & Breakfast, full catering services, and a vintage market for browsing and finding items to commemorate special times.

Built in 1879 our tobacco barn is the perfect venue for you beautiful rustic wedding. The Guthrie Mansion is situated next to the wedding barn and the exterior can be used for one of several ceremony locations. There is a bridal room and cabin rentals available for bride and guests. There are 2 floors in the wedding barn, a bar, prep kitchen area and dance floor as well as a beautiful large deck overlooking 125 acres of beautiful property.
