The restored 1870s townhouse on Walnut has been in the Topolgus family since Stephanie's grandfather opened his medical practice there in 1947. Stephanie's father, Dr. Jim Topolgus, practiced medicine there until moving his offices in the mid-1990s. When the building was empty, it opened up an opportunity "Topo" had been waiting for.

Whippoorwill Hill is a hidden treasure 6 miles from downtown Bloomington, Indiana. Originally built by Henry Woolery in 1930, Woolery Mill has been transformed into an industrial chic venue with modern amenities. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 2002, the mill is a former A.J. Woolery & Sons quarry with a variety of buildings, structures, and objects originally used for limestone production. The mill shut down production in 1996 and the property has been vacant since. Woolery Mill offers one the most inclusive and unique wedding experiences in southern Indiana all while maintaining the highest standards. Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.
