Then, you can join over 300 guests for a reception. This setup will allow you to soak up the landscape while celebrating with your loved ones. The base package includes tables, chairs, a tent as well as setup and teardown. Use of the grounds for your rehearsal and engagement photos are subject to availability. Outside vendors are welcome for catering and any additional services you may need.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Oakwood Lane Weddings on November 9th and it was the PERFECT day! The property is stunning, and the owners, Amanda and Jesh, are so welcoming, kind, helpful, and overall just the most incredible people. Amanda was always checking in with us from the time we first visited the venue until we were cleaning up the morning after the ceremony and helped us every step of the way. She kept us up to date on any offerings they had available and was quick to offer additional services if she felt it would make the day better. We cannot recommend this venue enough and are so excited for other couples to experience the kindness of Amanda and Jesh and the beauty of the property. We can't thank them enough for all they did to make our day so special.

When unexpected rain threatened our outdoor plans, the staff jumped into action, setting up a tent at the last minute. Their commitment to making our day perfect was evident throughout. My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Lakes of Taylor Golf Club on June 24, 2023. We were thrilled with how friendly and accommodating all of the staff was during our wedding day. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how the food was delicious and how they loved talking to our bartenders. The venue also accommodated some of our guest's dietary restrictions and our bar menu. We planned our event with Debbie. She was helpful and organized. She couldn't make it on our special day, so Nancy filled in during our rehearsal and wedding day. Nancy was also very helpful, accommodating, and kind. The ceremony space was beautiful! It included an arch with white flowers and greenery draped over it. Our only complaint was how hot the reception hall was. Some of the guests said they were comfortable with the temperature. It was a very hot and humid day outside. The building is a little bit older so it was difficult to regulate the temperature. Overall, the Lakes of Taylor Golf Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. Our package included two entrees at the buffet, a wedding cake, table linens, and bar. The price was perfect for everything included in our package. The location is close to the airport and great for having a ceremony/reception at the same venue. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

Its been two weeks since our wedding and we have not stopped getting compliments on our venue. It was beautiful, the food was great, service was fantastic. It may just be the stress of being an anxiety-ridden bride, I found the staff a little hard to work with in the planning phases. My husband took it over for me and had no issues, so probably a me-thing. But throughout the whole process, Daphne was very professional, communicative, and the day was everything we had dreamed it to be. Even my mother was tremendously happy with the venue, and she's not easy to please!

The Blum Barn is a wonderful place to have a wedding. The barn included a lot of extra amenities, beautiful property, lots of pictures spots, wonderful owners George & Mirela, and very professional. She answered all of our questions promptly, often going the extra mile to coordinate with her team during renovations. Her dedication and care for the couples she works with are truly unmatched. The venue itself is breathtaking—rustic, modern, and newly renovated. We intentionally kept our decorations minimal to let the beauty of the space shine through. The garage doors were a highlight, giving us seamless indoor-outdoor flow for cocktail hour and access to the bar. Our guests loved the fire pits scattered throughout the property, allowing them to enjoy the beautiful grounds and move freely between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The bartenders were fantastic, providing excellent service and ensuring our guests were happy with the drink selections we had chosen. Every detail about the space contributed to a smooth, memorable experience. For couples planning their ceremony, I highly recommend hosting it on-site. The grounds provided a stunning setting, and being able to transition effortlessly from ceremony to reception on the same property allowed us to fully enjoy our day without the stress of travel. We absolutely loved having our wedding at Findlay Country Club in October '20. The venue was incredibly gorgeous (especially in the fall), the food was delicious, and there were so many beautiful places for pictures. Lindsay, helped us through our planning, gave us tons of ideas, and was so organized. She helped us out a LOT day-of with keeping things moving and on-track and going above and beyond her responsibilities. I can't thank her and the FCC staff for making our special day perfect - I wouldn't have changed anything!

I got married here on 9.29.24 and cannot say enough good things about Arlington Acres! From the initial inquiry, tour, all the way until the wedding day, Sarah was so helpful in making my wedding dreams come true. She was always so quick to respond to my million emails and so willing to help give feedback when I was questioning certain decisions. It ended up raining on our wedding day, which wasn’t ideal, but even with the rain, our wedding was PERFECT. The venue is gorgeous, there is so much room to really make the event unique and personable to you, and we loved that we were able to choose all of our own vendors. I can’t even tell you how many of our guests came up and told us how gorgeous the venue was. My husband and I would recommend this venue a million times over. Our event venue with scenic surroundings make this an ideal setting for weddings, family reunions, group gatherings, special events, and much more! We invite you and your group to experience the quiet beauty of its rural setting. Our eight hundred rolling, wooded acres bordering private Pickerel Lake provide the perfect atmosphere for your group... through all of nature's seasons. We offer banquet facilities from a complete wedding ceremony and reception or other special event to a luncheon meeting and anything in between. Our wedding rental includes use of the facility on Friday to decorate and rehearse and Saturday for the ceremony and reception. We have 300 chairs and 30 round tables in our dining area and 15 cocktail tables with chairs around the dance floor on the upper level.

We had the most perfect day and the venue was gorgeous. But there were a few hiccups. Be mindful that in the pictures you see there is up-lighting and chairs from an outside company. I did bring both of these things in. The guest rooms are beautiful and the staff at the hotel is very accommodating, friendly and easy to work with. As far as planning goes. If you are not organized, I would recommend a wedding planner. The coordinator is a nice woman but communication is lacking. I was suppose to have a conference room set up the morning of the wedding and no one at the hotel new what was going on, so we were calling staff and the coordinator at 7 am in the morning for the hair and makeup arrival. Make sure you have a list of all the things you want to see if they are available to you. I've never planned a large party so I didn't know what I didn't know until it was too late. I did not experience, but some of my guests waited over 45 minutes for valet and were told they could wait, drive around or park themselves "it wasn't the valet problem." They did not want to miss the ceremony so were forced to park at a higher cost in an off lot. ((I found this embarrassing to myself and the venue because I only told guests to valet)). The coordinator spoke to the Valet manager and I felt the response was very cold. This is a costly venue and the guests should be treated with more respect. I did also sign a contract for my Marriot Bonvoy numbers and the points are suppose to accumulate 10 days after your event, I have not received anything and had to reach out to the billing department for a final bill. These issues are minor compared to the fun we had, amazing food and great day overall. Just be on top of your game when you are planning.

Their checklists leading up to the wedding took off a lot of stress and put me at ease that I was not forgetting anything. The cocktail tasting was SO fun, and one of our favorite parts of the planning process! Fast forward to wedding day–our wedding could not have gone more perfectly! We had both our ceremony and reception at the venue, and their room flip process was so seamless for our guests! The Whiskey Factory’s bar tenders are quick and personable, and our guests loved that they never had to wait for a drink. We also purchased an empty barrel for our guests to sign, which has become an awesome addition to our basement bar! Our guests raved about how good the specialty cocktails, beer, and other drinks were, and how cool and unique the venue was. Renowned “movie palace” architect C. Howard Crane designed Detroit’s historic Garden Theater, a commission he earned after he opened his own firm in Detroit in 1908. One of the city’s earliest neighborhood theaters, the Garden Theater opened to the public in 1912. With its 900-seat capacity, it was one of the largest theaters built outside downtown; it originally hosted live stage shows and motion pictures. As the name implies, Crane cleverly incorporated vines, birds and other garden-style decorations in its design to immerse patrons in an outdoor-like experience. After decades in ruin, the theater underwent a multi-million-dollar restoration and was rededicated in 2013, a century after its initial debut, as part of Midtown’s vibrant resurgence.

It was amazing to see my favorite music venue transformed for our wedding, we loved everything about it. Working with event coordinator Mellisa was a great experience, she was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process. We had rave reviews on the food from our guests, especially the elephant ears for dessert. The chef even made separate dishes for myself and a bridesmaid who are vegetarians. The bar service was also awesome and super friendly. Our guests were very pleased with the variety. The overall flow of the wedding went great, and the team made sure everyone was in their places when needed. We also got to take some pretty awesome photos throughout the venue complex, including the Garden Bowl. The band we hired sounded and looked great with the house lights and sound. I cannot say enough good things, I would do it all over again! It was everything I could have wanted and more. Thank you soooooo much, Majestic Team!!!

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
