Elmartin Farm derives its name from the initials and last name of Everett Lawrence Martin, Sr, father to Everett Lawrence Martin Jr., known as "Gus," who with his wife, Dodi are the current owners of the farm. Presently, sons, Kim and Shawn, operate and manage the farm. They are the 8th generation of ancestral Martins who began farming in Cheshire, MA in 1790. By the late 1950s, Elmartin Farm had become a major dairy farm in the Northern Berkshire County. Its herd grew to 80 milkers and 80 head of youngstock. Together, the herd filled the new barn which had been completed in 1952. The barn, with the addition of a milking parlor, remains the focal point of Elmartin Farm.

We can help you with your vendor selection, your wedding décor, your guests’ accommodations, and anything else in between. If you can imagine it, we can help create it at your wedding. Our venue allows for endless possibilities. A rehearsal dinner in our brewery the night before. A ceremony down by the Neversink River. A cocktail hour in our Art Gallery. A reception in our Event Center for wedding sizes of 80 guests or less, or a reception underneath a clear tent on our Event Center grounds for wedding sizes up to 120 guests.

Westwind Orchard is a BioIntensive Orchard and Farm. Our unfiltered and sulfite free cider is pressed onsite. We raise our own chickens. Our honey comes from our bees. We bake our own bread and make fresh mozzarella. Berries, vegetables and herbs are fresh from our garden. Our team will help you curate the perfect menu that highlights our farm-to-table Roman-style cuisine. Each season we host a select number of private events ranging from work retreats, to luncheons, to rehearsal dinners & weddings. Each event is curated by our management team, our events coordinator, and executive chef. We offer traditional Roman-style cuisine inspired by the seasons in a casual family-style format. Bar packages include our natural hard ciders along with New York State wine, beer, and spirits, as well as custom cocktails.

From our memorable destination weekend weddings with up to 220 Guests to small, intimate affairs, Interlaken offers impeccable service, seasonally inspired farm-to-table cuisine, a gorgeous lakeside ceremony site, and a garden wedding reception. We are located on 30 acres of manicured lawns and traditional New England style gardens, nestled in between two shimmering lakes. Guests staying with us enjoy use of the many property amenities. We host only one wedding per day to insure that our focus is entirely on you.
