Seven Ponds has been designed to host smaller, intimate weddings from 100 guests up to 125 guests with the same magical qualities and attention to detail as our sister farm Blenheim.

Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

The Log Cabin is a mountaintop venue with lavish grounds and spectacular panoramic views of the valley. Found in the heart of Western Massachusetts, the Log Cabin is easily accessible from major East Coast cities. As well as featuring a beautiful outdoor ceremony site, The Log Cabin features two ballrooms that can accommodate up to 400 guests. For a full outdoor experience, weddings can also be held at the open-air Upper Vista reception tent. Our location comes with a dedicated team of wedding professionals including planners, who are committed to delivering impeccable service to every wedding. Combined with the amenities of sister properties, the D Hotel and the Delaney House will offer a full wedding weekend experience. The D Hotel is a boutique hotel that has 61 hotel rooms.
