Tracy, with over 10 years in a corporate career, has always been drawn to creativity, from weaving and making art to whipping up delicious treats in the kitchen. With her husband and two young daughters cheering her on, Tracy’s passion for baking has become a family affair.

Hey there! My name is Claire, and I'm a small-scale baker focused on bringing the flavors and aesthetics that every couple wants for the best part of every wedding - the dessert! You can count on me to use as many whole, fresh, and local ingredients as possible, while working with you and your tastes to build an amazing dessert selection.

Creating a high-quality, stunning cake is what motivates me in the kitchen. Of course, a cake should taste just as delicious as it looks! I hope for the design of my cakes to inspire joy and wonder, and the eating of them to make people smile. Nothing makes me happier than delivering clients their dream cake!

I began this journey in 2015, my daughter who was 11 at the time thought it would be fascinating to have us start a bakery because it was something we could do together. Well, it has been quite a roller coaster and I have learned so much in such little time; every day a new lesson. I would not trade the hard lessons, difficult times, the tears, and the insane amount of dishes for anything in this world because I have done it with my daughter’s encouragement and camaraderie always alongside me.
