The Italian American Club of Livonia was founded in 1977. With membership growing, a momentous decision was made in 1990 to build a new Clubhouse & Banquet facility. With then President, Tony Greco, spearheading the effort, financing was obtained and ground was broken in 1993, culminating with a Grand Opening Gala. We opened in August of 1994 with a beautiful 26,000 square foot, two level facility located on 5.21 acres of land at Five Mile Road and the I-275 Expressway in Livonia, Michigan. Serving the Metro Detroit Area in grand style, our premier facility is a wonderful venue for gatherings of all types.

The Canterbury Village Wedding Chapel has seating for over 250 people and a private Bridal Suite. Three unique and stunning reception & ceremony sites with golf course views in a private, countrylike setting! GOLDEN FOX (seating for up to 350): completely renovated with modern elegance, huge windows & a wrap-around deck. SUMMERHOUSE (average 200 guests): Love the outdoors but still want the same amenities as indoors? This romantic venue will make your dreams come true! FOX CLASSIC Log Cabin (maximum of 175 guests): newly renovated rustic charm with a large stone fireplace, original logs, and access to an outdoor patio.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
