We were lead to an aging, almost forgotten piece of our past. The old Cotton Depot in Clinton SC quietly sat on the edge of downtown. The building spoke to us, 17,000 square feet of handmade brick each telling a story, 11ft ceilings with exposed beams, arched windows and wide planked floors. We immediately began designing the space. Through our catering experience we knew the need for easy access, a good flow and having conveniently located facilities. We also knew the importance of having multifunctioning spaces that can be dressed up or down to make each event uniquely yours. The R-Ranch Lodge is over 13,000 square feet and overlooks 800+ acres of sweeping mountain views and the valley below, which is perfect for a reception that can seat up to 150. R-Ranch offers an all-inclusive venue package with set up, tables, chairs, linens, bridal room, groom's lounge, complimentary engagement shoot with you photographer, waived entry for guests, rehearsal dinner locations, optional preferred vendors, on site planning meeting, rehearsal time the day before, and full day venue usage. Since 1994, the Whitlock Inn has become the recommended venue for social events such as weddings, receptions, dinner parties, and corporate entertaining. In May of 2020 Jim and Kathy Heilman purchased the Inn. We can also host the wedding indoors if the couple prefers. Enchanted Acres also has two 600 sq ft cabins to get ready in, one for the bride, and one for the groom. We are located on almost 20 acres of seclusion but yet close to town for guests to stay or a VRBO at the lake.

We provide simple, affordable , stress-free weddings and marriage services for everyone. Courthouse closed? No problem! We are available seven days a week by appointment. Our marriage officiants and Ministers can perform your wedding at a moments notice. Georgia Marriage License and Photo ID required. All Marriage Licenses accepted from Gwinnett, Fulton, Dekalb, Henry and All Georgia County Probate Courts. LBGT clients are welcomed. Use our Minister or bring your own to perform the ceremony and file the required marriage papers with the state of Georgia.

Located on the Gas South District campus, The Hudgens Center for the Arts offers a indoor/outdoor experience, ideal for those hoping for a cozy garden weddings. The outdoor Sculpture Garden is flush with native plants, trees, outdoor sculptures, lily pads and a cozy courtyard. A small waterfall and koi fish pond will add to your peaceful atmosphere in this open-air space. The interior Hudgens venue offers a Grand Hall, which can accommodate 100 guests, who will be surrounded by local, regional and national art on display in a fresh, modern venue.
