Welcome to One Under Banquet Venue. We are a family-owned restaurant, bar, and banquet facility located in Livonia, Michigan. We are conveniently located on Five Mile Road, just east of Levan, in front of the Idyl Wyld Golf Course. We are easily accessible from I-275 or I-96 and located near many hotels and shopping. We are a full service banquet hall, specializing in weddings, showers, birthday parties and more. Our venue provides the best of both worlds, our lower level has a modern, energetic feel while our upper level provides an elegant space that is perfect for weddings.

The Meridian is a wedding venue located in Farmington, Michigan. With an expansive interior, it offers a range of versatile spaces that can accommodate both grand ceremonies and receptions. Situated on seven acres of woods and gardens in Oakland County, Michigan, our 1853 registered historic wedding chapel (and meeting house), is the oldest church building in Farmington Michigan, and offers an intimate and peaceful setting for your most important life events. Surrounded by woods and gardens, our building sits in a pastoral setting that is conveniently close to urban amenities. With seating for up to 200 guests, our charming, New England-style meeting house provides a warm space for your most special day. Our gathering hall has space for smaller wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal or baby showers, with seating up to 74 people.

The historic Grand Ledge Opera House is the perfect location for weddings, receptions, holiday parties, special banquets, balls, reunions, and business meetings with ample free parking. It is located in downtown Grand Ledge alongside the Grand River. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evening and weekend tours can be arranged by special appointment. The building which is situated in downtown Grand Ledge on a beautifully landscaped area along the Grand River provides a picturesque setting for weddings, receptions, large gatherings, and community events. The Grand Hall on the main level and the Terrace Level with its large outdoor patio area and grounds are available to rent separately or as a single package to fit your needs.

For all the OnLocation hair and makeup artists, we have a full salon set up with beautiful lighting all you need to bring is your kit and we take care of everything else!

We offer many different menus ranging from Athletic Menus through Wedding Packages. We also allow people to rent and bring in their own food as well. Bear Creek Farm is a beautiful outdoor event barn available in Laingsburg, Michigan. Located on seventy acres with rolling hills, surrounded in all directions by beautiful landscape with a gorgeous picturesque pond surrounded by weeping willows, our historic barn built in 1908 makes the most beautiful wedding ceremony setting. Bear Creek Farm, named for its creek that runs alongside its perimeter of the property, offers absolutely stunning photographic opportunities. Having your wedding at Bear Creek Farm is ideal for providing a relaxing and fun gathering place for friends and family to enjoy your special day, being able to play horseshoes, croquet, corn hole or relax by the bonfire making s'mores under the stars. Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
