The Country Club of Lansing, located in Lansing, Michigan, is a venue open to hosting wedding receptions. This private country club was first founded in 1908 by a small group of people who had the sole intention of creating a golf club. It slowly expanded over the following decades, eventually growing to include an 18-hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness facility, and golf practice range. The clubhouse underwent extensive renovations at the onset of the millennium. This family-focused venue is also available to host rehearsal dinners, for an elegant beginning to the wedding celebrations.

The Country Club of Lansing can hold up to 230 people for a memorable celebration in a historic setting. There is a total of five event spaces to choose from, beginning with intimate celebrations of just 10 guests. The large carefully maintained golf course offers a chance at stunning backdrops for photos, using the naturally rolling Michigan landscape and large trees. Elegant dining rooms are outfitted with ornate light fixtures but can be further decorated to fit your wedding’s theme. Warm colors are featured in furnishings throughout the club for a cozy yet graceful atmosphere.

The experienced culinary team at the Country Club of Lansing enables couples to create a fully customized menu that works with their budget. An onsite professional banquet coordinator can ease any worries or concerns a couple may be having about their wedding. No detail is too big or too small, and the country club can offer various staff members to further assist with the celebration. Professional wait staff facilitates the smooth running of the reception. They can set up the event and clean up when the party winds down. A complimentary dance floor and podium set the stage for a fun night of entertainment. Various audiovisual items are also available, from lapel microphones to an 80-inch flat-screen television. Linens and tableware are provided.
