We booked our day-of-coordinator through Raylene Reserve. We were lucky enough to get Grayson, who was absolutely incredible. He truly went the extra mile and he made sure our special day went smoothly. Pre-wedding planning is stressful, but I didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day with Grayson there. He coordinated with every single one of our vendors, helped pack things up at the end of the night, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. There's so much more that I'm sure he did behind the scenes that I wasn't able to see because I was enjoying our day so much. It truly wouldn't have been the same without him and we appreciate him SO much. Worth every penny! Not to mention, I have attended a wedding as a guest at their venue and it was gorgeous! The owners are absolutely incredible, too. Trickey actually ended up showing up at our wedding to help out when there was no obligation for her to. You can clearly tell they go above and beyond in everything they do.

With 1,350 miles of coastline, historic estates and tropical gardens at your fingertips, the Sunshine State transforms your ceremony from an intimate gathering into a truly grand celebration.

Why Consider Florida for Your Wedding?

Florida's diverse landscapes create exceptional backdrops for your special day. Paradise Cove in Orlando offers waterfront settings with lush gardens and even provides a private boat shuttle for you and your guests, accommodating up to 300 people. Bakers Ranch near Tampa delivers all-inclusive packages with touches of Southern elegance that make planning easier. Most couples start their venue search about 13 months before their wedding date, with November being the busiest month for inquiries.

Where Are Florida's Most Accessible Wedding Venues?

Paradise Cove gives you wheelchair-friendly spaces throughout the entire property. If oceanfront views matter to you, Crowne Plaza Melbourne Oceanfront provides accessible spaces with beautiful beachside ceremony options and covered reception areas that accommodate groups from 10 to 250 guests. Bakers Ranch can host your celebration whether you're planning for 50 or 200 guests and comes with comprehensive amenities.

Which Florida Venues Offer Exceptional Remote Experiences?

Little Palm Island Resort in the Florida Keys creates unique virtual experiences with live chats and message boards so your remote guests feel included. Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon offers virtual tours and interactive messaging platforms that bring everyone together. SunQuest Cruises in Miramar Beach gives you 360-degree video capabilities for truly immersive experiences while Bakers Ranch incorporates virtual reality letting remote attendees "walk through" the venue just like they were there.

How Should You Plan Around Florida's Weather?

Florida's climate means you need to consider hurricane season running from June through November. Look for venues with covered outdoor areas that maintain aesthetic appeal during sudden rain showers. From South Florida's luxurious settings to Central Florida's natural beauty and the Keys' intimate waterfront venues Florida transforms your wedding dreams into lifelong memories. You'll find diverse options for every vision and budget making it easier to create the perfect celebration that truly represents you as a couple.
