WedEscapes offers elegant micro wedding and elopement packages at private wedding/event venues for couples desiring to be married, but can not afford, or do not desire, an expensive or large wedding and reception. Our micro weddings accommodate no more than 23 guests. The setting at most of the venues will be outside at privately owned vacation homes, beaches, parks, or in outdoor country settings, which are managed by our premiere partner, TGI Property Management & Consulting, LLC, who manages a portfolio of vacations rentals throughout South Carolina including; Charleston, Columbia, and Greenwood.

Located beside the Noisette Creek at Holy City Brewing, The Porter Room offers a unique venue unlike any other in the Charleston area. The marsh-view side of the building features glass, retractable doors that span the length of the building and open up to a beautiful, private lawn. On the other side of the building, sliding glass doors open up to a large patio area that has the option to be tented. The Middleburg property is only a 25 minute drive from Mount Pleasant and a 45 minute drive from Charleston proper.

The Charleston Yacht Club was founded in 1934 at Adger's Wharf at the end of Tradd Street and moved to our current location at the city marina in 1985. The property consists of a large barn situated on 80 acres of land which provides ample space for an indoor or outdoor wedding. The barn can hold 300 people and table seating is provided for up to 80 people. It features large windows that allow ample natural light to stream into the main room with over 3200 square feet of available space, a handicap accessible men and women’s wash closet, a built-in stage, a bar, and space for a dance floor. The outside property has a pond, oak trees, gazebo, and sprawling fields, any of which can be used for an outside ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. The outdoor area has additional space to increase the occupancy capacity. A bridal suite is included for the bridal party to use prior to the ceremony.
