Opening its doors in 1997, Soho South is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Savannah, appropriately named after the iconic New York City neighborhood for its proximity to nearby shops and entertainment venues. Built originally as an automotive service station in 1945, the building sat vacant for a number of years before being transformed into the events venue you see today. The monumental, vast interior space includes the buildings original exposed elements such as the steel windows, iron trusses, and solid wooden garage doors. Soho’s team of chefs made the delicious food truly unforgettable. The buffet package was incredible, from the apps, to main entrees, to desserts, and to the great drink package. From great lighting to a seamless ceremony-to-reception flip to the impeccable service throughout the night, we couldn’t have been happier.
