I come from a mixed family from Italy and France; therefore, my roots are present in my food. Having many years of experience and knowing culinary techniques is very important. Creating grazing boards for family gatherings and holidays is something I have always enjoyed. I love the way it brings everyone together, creating a great conversation piece, as they gather around the table. Little did I know where that would lead me. I soon began receiving grazing board requests from family and friends and that is what inspired the start of Honey and Brie Grazing. The only thing greater than my love for food is my passion for sharing it with others.
