That's Amore WOOD-fired PIZZA and Pasta Catering, straight from the heartlands of Salerno, South of Italy! We have fired up their dreams & dough in an authentic, hand-built brick oven, fueled only by wood, to bring you a bite of Italian tradition you can't resist! Our wood-fired pizza & pasta journey started in the kitchen of Chef Giuseppe’s mother and grandmother. That's Amore, based in West Palm Bch, will provide something other than a boring, traditional wedding menu. Our experience goes from catering for Hard Rock Stadium (Formula 1, Miami Open), Indy500 to Honda Classic Golf etc, so wherever you have 50 guests or 500 we can manage it!

    We were all fascinated watching how pizza and pasta were cooked right on front of us, it's like a private cooking show that we had to enjoy. Everything was absolutely fresh and delicious. Very very reasonably priced for the quality that was provided. And it was easy to work with them through the booking process, menu discussion etc. Highly recommend! we actually saw That's Amore at an Italian fest in Jupiter and saw their setup and product in person. I would highly recommend to check their FB page and see if there is a public event that you can attend where they participate like this you can see the how big the trailer is etc

    Me and my wife zorinka enjoyed everything about this. Pizza was superb, whoever makes the dough should be praised, it’s fantastic, crunchy and fluffy, perfect golden brown, the san marzano tomatoes and mozzarella cheese are top tier as well. Everyone was extremely professional especially the son of the owner, he’s from italy and knows what he’s doing up there stretching and baking pizzas by himself.

    The Best wood fired pizza in south florida I would highly recommend trying their pizza, they have great customer service and staff is very friendly and professional, they do catering for private events, corporate events, birthday party etc…
