I'm a new and upcoming chef I've been cooking since I was 8 years of age. 2023 I took a leap of faith and got into a culinary program to better my skills and craft. I love cooking but creating new dishes as well, I'm not limited to one cruising.

What distinguishes me as a chef is my versatility; I don't confine myself to a single cuisine. I strive to think creatively and push boundaries, provided my clients are open to it. Even when given specific guidelines, I find ways to infuse my unique touch into their beloved dishes. My aim is to offer a fresh take on familiar favorites or introduce them to exciting flavors they may not have encountered before.

Thanksgiving Feast

Chef Rebekah catered our Thanksgiving dinner, dinner for 10, and amazing is least of what we expected to what we received. Everything was beautifully prepared and presented and seasoned to perfection, especially the oxtails we definitely can taste the Islands seasoning. Our family was beyond pleased with Chef Rebekah work and professional communication in a timely manor, we look forward to working with her again.

Chef Rebekah was very professional, her menu was one of a kind. I had never heard of apple spice glaze croissants until I met her. She loves what she does and you taste it in the food. I highly recommend booking with her.
