“Now for the details: Brandon, Kellie, Elmer, and Becky were excellent to work with. They were communicative throughout the entire process and even sent monthly checklists to ensure the wedding planning timeline was ironed out and reminded you of the small details that most folks forget about. It’s the little things like these emails that went above and beyond to make sure our evening went as smoothly as possible. Our DJ, Elmer, was very enthusiastic despite challenges at the beginning of the event – the venue coordinator was very combative with him during set-up – and he didn’t let it affect the energy of the evening. (We didn’t find out until after the wedding date from our other vendors setting up and we had to reach out and ask about it because he didn’t want us to worry at all). He provided a high energy level and hits for dancing the whole evening and stuck to our favorite music vibes. Our photo booth operator, Becky, pulled us aside to take photos in the booth and thank goodness she did because we didn’t get the chance to go in before or after she pulled us aside. She put our guestbook together throughout the evening and it was fun to have something that captured our night to look through the next morning. Signature DJs was reasonably priced considering everything we received - music for ceremony & reception, mics, uplighting for dance floor, photo booth with guest book, monogram, and bubble exit complete with 2 bubble machines and bubbles for individual guests. They were flexible with our requests (customized monogram, unconventional timeline, and last-minute song additions) and had already worked at our venue so they were already familiar with the space which was super helpful because the venue coordinator was awful to work with. They put us at ease and gave us confidence that our day would be wonderful when we were the most stressed. Thank you so much, Brandon, Kellie, and team for setting the tone and giving us a memorable night!”

Communication from initial discussions through final clean-up after the reception were great. MMMM and Jamie were very accommodating and flexible to our requests for music selection. Jamie and his assistant arrived early, set up all of their equipment at both the wedding and reception areas with plenty of time. They were perfect with the music and announcements and the microphones for the officiant and guest speakers. They were sensitive and responsive to our requests to increase or decrease volume. We were very pleased with Jamie and MMMM and will recommend them to anyone for their special day.”

“Kelton from Marquee Artists was amazing! He was a communicative and active participant in the planning of the music and the announcements at my wedding on March 9. Kelton provided an extensive list of potential songs to play in a shared Google Document with columns for “play” and “do not play” which was great. Also, I was impressed that he attended the walk through of the Whittemore House a month prior to the wedding, asking pertinent questions of the Whittemore staff about the placement of various things and how best to provide the sound amplification that would be needed. He provided wireless mics which worked really well for the toasts. Kelton did a great job as the master of ceremony and his mix of the selected music was fun and fabulous. He had the crowd dancing, rocking to the music. Many of the older folks told me that they hadn’t danced in years but were having lots of fun doing so then. Having him on our wedding team instilled so much confidence in me, my daughter and new son-in-law, who is an amateur DJ. They were so taken by Kelton that, if possible, they would like to attend future events at which Kelton is the DJ!! I HIGHLY recommend him.”

I am from a Persian background, and I wanted to have an American wedding while also implementing my culture. From the moment that I spoke with Marty, I knew he was the perfect DJ for our wedding. He has a calming and reassuring energy that not only assured me we could get any type of music we like, but he helped me plan my entire timeline. Every single time I had a concern, he would have a solution. He used an app that allowed me to add the music I wanted, including Persian music. At our walk-through, he worked with our other vendors to make sure the layout was perfect for us on our wedding day. Then finally on the wedding day we got to see how great he really is. He was checking in and helping keep us on schedule. When we got to the dance floor he mixed Persian music with American songs so perfectly that there was not a single person sitting down. “DJ D-Mac was one of the first "wedding day details" we locked in. After my wife and I got engaged, we pretty much immediately dove headfirst into wedding planning. One of the first things we knew is that we wanted to work with a DJ rather than a band. And I knew I wanted to work with DJ D-Mac. The first time I saw D-Mac spin a set was at a friend's wedding in 2014, and I was blown away. At every wedding since then, I've measured other DJs' performances against what I saw (and couldn't stop dancing to) that day. His ability to blend songs, flowing from one crowd pleaser to the next while pairing them in unexpected and delightful ways kept the dancefloor packed and moving all night. Once we'd finished the official wedding business of speeches, toasts, and cake cutting, I ducked my head over to the DJ booth and said, "I don't wanna leave the dancefloor for the next three hours." Unsurprisingly, he delivered exactly what my wife and I -- and all of our guests -- were looking for. Since our wedding in September, the most consistent feedback we've received from wedding guests is how incredible our DJ was and how much fun they had at our reception. Seriously, I wish I'd kept a log of the number of times "y'all's DJ was amazing" or something similar has been said or texted to me. We're already looking for an excuse to throw another party so we have a reason to work with D-Mac again.
