Texas Rock House is a labor of love. My grandparents built the house and barns in the 1940's as a working farm for their family. My mother was the youngest of seven children that grew up here. I grew up almost across the street with my mom (Joyce), daddy (Buddy), and brother (Larry). Larry and I spent almost every Friday night here - listening to his records on Grandma's old record player or sitting on the back porch swing counting the number of cars on the trains as they passed by. While I have baked all of my life, dessert artistry has been a more recently discovered talent. After several years of major depression I began to use cookie decorating and later cake design as therapy. I found this therapeutic hobby brought much joy to family and friends. A natural progression of this fun and delicious hobby was to turn it into a business. As of 2021 Noble Delights Bakery has been in business for 5 delightfully delicious years.
