Belle Garden Estate is a luxury, outdoor, historic wedding venue. We are located in Wirtz, VA. Just 25 minutes from Downtown Roanoke and 15 minutes from Smith Mountain Lake. Our covered pavilion can accommodate up to 200 guests and we offer overnight accommodations for up to 8 guests. We have beautiful mountain views, inviting gardens, and multiple scenic ceremony sites.

Serre’s 70-acre grounds with breathtaking scenery, rustic meets modern barn that accommodates up to 200 guests, covered patio seating, custom-built farmhouse tables, luxurious décor, outdoor bar, fire pit, and wedding coordinator to help plan it all will make sure your loved ones are not only comfortable; they’ll feel like it’s their special day, too. An 18-hole golf course was established in 1964. Open year-round. We also have a swimming pool & pickleball court available in the summer. We are open to the public, memberships also available. We love serving our community so come give us a try!

Poplar Hill is a 100 acre farm that was built in 1790. The home is surrounded by mature landscape with English boxwoods and crepe myrtles that are 100 plus years old. Every couple and family that comes to Poplar Hill tell us that our pictures do not do it justice! We take pride in the care of the house and grounds and cherish the opportunity to share it with others!
