We offer a bridal suite for your wedding day so that the bride is able to touch up during the day. We are located right next to an Inn if guests need rooms close by.

We represent over 25 luxury yachts- all of which are Coast Guard Certified and insured. There are many convenient boarding locations in the metro area of New York and New Jersey but we can also board your guests from upstate New York, Long Island, and Connecticut. Since capacity will vary for all the yachts in our fleet, we need to know your approximate guest count so that we can recommend the yachts that are appropriate for you. We will then send complete details including menus, pricing, and all yacht details for your review. Established in 1973, One if by Land, Two if by Sea soon became the go to spot in NYC for engagements, anniversaries and weddings. Birchwood Manor has a total of 10 event spaces available. Guests will immediately be greeted by a dramatic spiral staircase in the venue’s lobby. The Jefferson Ballroom is perfect for your reception. Hosting up to 300 guests, it offers an elegant setting for an extravagant affair. The room features one-of-a-kind, hand-painted frescos, a beveled mirror wall, tall bay windows and 11-foot ceilings. The Washington Square Hotel in New York's Greenwich Village has a microwedding package available, as well as other venue offerings (attached) which might work for a rehearsal dinner or a mid-size wedding. We have also offered cocktail receptions for wedding ceremonies that have occurred in our adjacent Washington Square Park. Additionally, The Washington Square Hotel has 149 rooms ranging in size and price. We do several wedding room blocks a year and we are a great downtown option. Before it became our beloved event venue, the historic Crystal Plaza was originally a residential mansion. The initial Livingston, New Jersey-based residence was built in the late 1800s by famed architect Stanford White, who was responsible for designing the Tiffany building on Fifth Avenue, the original Madison Square Garden complex among other landmark structures. While the restored building has since been reincarnated as one of the leading wedding and event spaces in the tri-state area, it still maintains the feeling of its 19th century grandeur. Our impeccable, white-glove service begins the moment you arrive. Crystal Plaza hosts only one event at a time, ensuring that our dedicated team focuses singularly on you and your every need.
